Pandora..., chapter 1
13 September 1734
Pandora...
The wind whispered her name.
She just stood there, with a smile on her face.
Her blue insane eyes just shines from the light of the stars.
Her long blond hari flew in the wind.
It was a night to remember... her last.
Three strangers walked through the night.
One man and two women.
The man , Samael, was tall and darkly dressed.
His hair was darker then the night sky, and his eyes was dark brown... almost black.
The older woman , Shiva, had long black hair, she was tall and elegant and her eyes were grey... almost like silver...
And the other woman... well, more a girl even though she was 22 years old (soon to be 23... ) by this time...
She was not like the other two... she was short, with long blond hair and bright blue eyes.
And she was alive... the other two weren't... they were vampires.
And she was deeply insane.
She was Pandora...
They came to an old mansion, and the man broke the door open.
They knew no one was home... Samael and Shiva had killed the owners earlier that week.
"Welcome my ladies... to our new home!" he laughed and put his arms around the girl. "See, my little Pandora? I told you that we should live in a mansion!"
Shiva looked at them with hate in her eyes.
For around 80 years she had him for herself... but then the girl crossed his path...
He was in love... a VAMPIRE in love!
With a human!
And the girl loved him back...
They never showed it... they never even had the courage to tell Shiva the truth... but she knew.
And she hated it.
She hated them.
She wanted to have Samael for herself again...
Even if she was over 250 years old she acted like a child who had to share her favourite doll with a sister or friend...
And she was also confused.
If he loved Pandora so much, why didn't he turn her to one of them?
Why didn't he turn her to a vampire?
Siva had been obsessed with Samael when he was alive and she had turned him.
And this was the thanks?
Suddenly her thoughts were interrupted by Pandora's bright voice.
"I love it Samael... " she said as she started to dance with her crème white dress flowing around her.
Shiva just looked at her.
Just to hear Pandora's bright angelic voice with that soft English accent made her Shiva hate her even more...
"My dear princess... it has a garden too... with roses... " Samael said as he took Pandora's hands and danced with her to the music only Pandora heard in her poisoned mind...
"Oh... can I see them? Can I? I want to hear then sing... and talk to me... " she giggled.
"Oh, Pandora... I can't show you the roses right now... I need to patrol the area for... uninvited guests... " Samael explained.
Pandora pouted.
And Shiva got an idea.
"I'll take her to the garden." She said. "I'll show her the roses."
"Shiva... " Samael said and smiled. "... what would I do without you?"
Then he left with his dark coat flowing behind him.
They had some belongings that was packed in three small bags that stood on the floor.
Shiva walked there and picked an umbrella and a little silver coloured case that she put in her pocket.
Pandora walked up to her.
"Can we go now? Can I see the roses?" she asked and smiled.
"Come my dear... " Shiva answered and led Pandora out in the garden.
But they didn't stop...
Shiva kept on walking and Pandora followed.
"Why are we not in the garden?" she asked after a while.
"I wanted to show you the woods... " Shiva simply answered.
Pandora accepted the answer and followed her.
The didn't go to the woods...
Shiva led her too an old tree that stood a few hundred meters from the mansion.
There they stopped...
"Shiva... why aren't we walking anymore?" Pandora asked with her childish voice.
"Because we stopped... "
"But why?"
The answer came with a sharp pain in Pandora's stomach...
Shiva had took a knife with her... the same knife that now was pushed inside of Pandora...
Pandora fell to the ground... bleeding heavily.
She looked up at Shiva.
She smiled... then she left...
At the same time over by the mansion, Samael had returned.
"My ladies, we don't have to worry about uninvited company!" he laughed.
But no one was there to laugh with him.
He looked around on the first floor.
No one.
He was just heading to the second floor as he heard the door slam.
He ran there... it was Shiva.
It had started to rain outside so she was all wet, but Samael could still se the blood on her hands.
"What have you done?" he whispered in fear as he looked at the blood.
"A test... for you, my dear... " she answered.
Her words stung like poison.
Samael jumped on her and pushed her up on the wall.
"What have you done?!" he asked once again.
She laughed.
"I've struck a knife in her... I cut your dear night lily!" she laughed.
Samael threw heron the floor and held her down.
"Where is she?!" he cried out.
"She's not a long way from here... but her life can't be saved... unless you sire her!" Shiva answered. "Then we'll se how much you really love her... Enough to let her die? Or enough to let her come back?"
Samael grabbed a piece of wood from a nearby fireplace and held it against Shiva's heart.
But he couldn't...
He stuck it in her right shoulder instead then he ran...
He could hear Shiva's laughter as he ran in the rain...
He didn't care!
All he could think off was to find Pandora.
He followed the scent of her blood up too the tree...
There she lied...
She was still alive but barely.
Her beautiful crème white dress was dirty with blood, grass and mud...
She looked at him with her bright blue eyes and smiled.
"My love... " she whispered.
She looked so weak... so small...
Samael sat down by her side.
He carefully took her hand and held it against his dead heart.
"I'm cold... Why am I cold? The wind tells me I'm hurt but I don't believe it... " she mumbled.
"You are hurt, my Pandora... but I'll help you... " he said as he cried.
He carefully lent down and lifted her up so she sat in his lap.
Then he moved her hair away from her face and neck.
Then he did it...
He bit her.
He hear her sight then she put her arms around him and held him closer to her.
It pained him to do this...
He had wanted her to live her life... a real life!
But now he invited her to his dark world...
He let go off her neck and bit his own wrist and held it in front of her...
She put her lips against the wound and drank...
Pandora...
