Life of Fame and Love, chapter 3
Green Day took the stage, Billie began to sing as Mike and Tre played the catchy beat.
"Sit Around And Watch The Tube, But Nothing's On

In A House With Unlocked Doors
And I'm Fucking Lazy"
He began strumming faster on his guitar and he grabbed the microphone to sing to them some more;
"Bite My Lip And Close My Eyes

I'm So Damn Bored I'm Going Blind!!!
And I Smell Like Shit,"
They finished Longview seeming to be pretty proud looking at the new adoring fans of Green Day cheering for them. Billie grabbed the microphone smiling at the fans. "Alright since I'm in a good mood, do you wanna hear basket case?"
They all screamed louder so Billie took the screams as a yes, he turned to Mike and Tre, nodding for them to go, he turned his head back to the microphone and he began singing the hit song.
The long day was finally over, so the Green Day trio headed back to Billie's house. Adrienne had coffees made for the three. "Thanks honey," smiled Billie taking the mug from her, mike looked at Billie.
"Are you gonna ask her?"
Billie nodded and turned to his wife. "Well you see Adie we've been offered a couple gigs to get done before the America tour starts and there's one in Newcastle, England and the other is in Glasgow, Scotland... and well I was wondering if you wanted to come to them?"
She smiled "Yeah it sounds cool; I'd love to go."
Mike stood up and looked down at his friends. "Well you guys we all better get packing eh?" He suggested, they all agreed with him.
"Well the first gig in England is in two days so we have to stay in a hotel near the airport anyway so," explained Billie.
Adrienne stood up. "Listen Billie, you go take the guys home so they can pack and then when they've done go get a hotel and I'll stay here and pack our stuff I'll give you a call when I need picking up, okay?" Billie nodded and kissed her cheek.
"Mrs. brains eh?" he laughed.
She smiled smartly. "Nope, its Mrs. Armstrong buddy!"
They all had spent a night at a hotel and had spent all day being bored, reading magazines and stuff, they were now boarding onto the plane and the airhostess approached them.
"Hello Mr. and Mrs. Armstrong your seat numbers are 10 and 11, if you need anything just stick your hand out and we'll come to you, thank you have a nice journey," she smiled as Adrienne and Billie went to their seats, afterwards she approached Tre and Mike.
"Hello Mr. Cool and Mr. Dirnt, your seat numbers are 12 and 13, if you need anything just stick out your hand and we'll be with you straight away," she smiled kindly catching Tre's eye.
He took her hand and kissed it. "Why thank you pretty lady," she blushed smiling.
Mike looked at Tre rolling his eyes "Leave the woman alone Tre."
She laughed "Oh no it's quite alright,"
Tre smiled at her charmingly. "And what may your name be?"
"I'm Maxine, you're Tre Cool from Green Day right?" she asked politely stroking back some of her hair nervously.
He nodded "That's right, can I have your cell phone number?"
She rubbed her lips together and smiled "Sure you can, hang on a sec, I'm just gonna sort the passengers out, as soon as we fly I'll give you it," she explained looking up at his blue eyes.
He smiled "Thanks."
Mike and Tre walked over to their seats. Billie Joe and Adrienne were sat down holding hands and talking.
"You know, I'm so glad I'm with you, I love you so much Adie, you are the only woman I will ever love," he spoke looking into her brown eyes and stroking her pregnant stomach.
She smiled. "You know on MTV and everything you're giving everyone the impression you're a bad boy, but Billie Joe Armstrong you're just a sweetie deep down."
He let her rest her head against his chest and smiled happily and content with everything. The plane landed at Manchester airport, they all had a taxi ready to take them to a hotel near the arena in Newcastle.
They arrived at the Newcastle arena at 5:30 pm; Billie, Tre and Mike were pumped up and ready to go.
When the clock ticked at 7:00pm, Adrienne was taken up to a barrier where she could watch the show, She watched with excited brown eyes as green day came running on stage and went straight into 'Welcome To Paradise.'
After the song finished, Billie Joe watched the crowd with those wild green eyes of his and smiled turning to his wife. She smiled back and gave him the thumbs up sign.
"Hey babe, I wrote this song for you, this song is called 2000 light years away, and I hope you and our unborn baby enjoy the show tonight, alright?"
Adrienne had a huge smile on her face, happy tears filled in her eyes. Oh god, she loved him so much.
He turned to the guys and began playing his guitar before singing his heart out.

He carried on rocking that guitar of his while Adie just couldn't seem to wipe the happy grin off of her face. The song was coming to an end.

Teasing the crowd, Billie Joe then got the crowd worked up for 'Basket Case,' then suddenly Mike began the beat for 'Longview.'
The moshing crowd went even wilder when they heard the familiar bass lines.
Half way through the song, when Tre took a random drum solo, Billie Joe dropped his pants to the knee's and flashed to the crowd. Adrienne's mouth widened with shock.
Girls from the crowd screamed loudly, shouting dirty stuff to him. He just flashed a cheeky grin.
As the show went on Green Day played. 'Welcome To Paradise, 2000 light years away, Longview, Chump, She, Why Do You Want Him?, 16, Sassafras's Roots, F.O.D, Green Day, 1000 Hours, Paper Lanterns, One For The Razorbacks, and for the finale 'Basket Case.'
The show was amazing, the fans went crazy. Green day were definitely the band of 1994.
As they were walking off of stage, Adrienne was helped down from the barrier; as soon as she got down she ran over to Billie and kissed him passionately.
She pulled back. "I love you too, babe," He smiled down at his beautiful wife happily.
They all made their way back to the hotel they were staying in at the airport.
"Aww, Billie when you played the song for Adie, it was so romantic, I almost cried," Tre commented with a genuine smile as they all walked into their hotel room.
"Yeah, Bill, it was great, you've never felt this kind of love for a woman before," Mike added with a smile.
Billie Joe slipped his arm around Adrienne's shoulders. "I never thought I would feel like this, but I'm in love, madly in love," he spoke looking at Adrienne with a glint in his eyes.
They all went to bed after half an hour, since they had to catch a train to Scotland the next day.
Morning came; they got all of their things together and made their way to the train station, the train was waiting for them as they tiredly dragged themselves on the vehicle, they arrived in Scotland at 3:30pm and checked in at a hotel and put their things in their room.
At 4:00pm they all arrived at the Glasgow arena, they weren't so tired anymore, they were excited for the show, Adrienne couldn't wait to see them again.
