Welcome To A Thing, Called My Life., chapter 1

It was a chilly outside, just the way I like it. Look's like it's going to rain I thought. I went outside to the dry piece of land that I call my backyard and went up to my fort. I saw a bird tweet it's way by.

My name's Victoria. That's all you have to know about me. I sat down on the wood damp with dew and took out my sketchbook from it's hiding place and started to sketch the bird. It eases my mind to sit outside and smell the morning. Only problem is that whenever I go outside I see the school.

I live right behind the school. The only thing seperating me from it is a green fence. I looked at my watch. 8:30 it read. Shit. I'm going to be late. I grabbed my bookbag and headed towards school. My parent's aren't there to see me leave for school, so that's one point for me.

I kicked a soda bottle out of my front yard out towards the street. I hated my school. Kids there were as dumb as bricks. Probably even dumber. I bet myself that we were the Stereotype Middle School out of Palm Beach County. 8:36 I got to school and went towards the where the Chorus Room is.

Me and my friend Stephanie always meet each other here so we an talk about guitars and stupid stuff. You know like normal smart kids do. I leaned against the wall when the school bell rang. 9:00. Where was Steph? I pondered as I made my way to Student Aide for first period.

I scuffed my black shoes against the walkway. I was wearing my long black skirt along with my orange vest and white t-shit and tie. Kids whispered to each other. They're so stupid. They think I can't hear them. They're saying "Look at that goth." and "She probably cuts her wrists.".

I made it towards the sign-in sheet and went to the main office to work. It was always so boring to sit there. I wish something would happen I sighed. Like that was eer going to happen. Then all of the sudden two women came through the door each holding thier own blond haired boy.

"May I help you with something?" I asked.

"Yes you may. I would like to enroll my son here." One of the women said.

"I would like to as well." Proclaimed the other.

"Hold on a moment." I said.

I went to go get Ms. Jinx to help them enroll. Ms. Jinx was the school's principal. She is very understanding. I clled to her and she came in a hurry and helped the two boys get thier paper work in order.

"Victoria would you be so kind as to show Billie Joe and Micheal thier classes?" she asked." They have the same schedule as you."

"Sure." I responded.
