Twas The Night Before The Living, chapter 7

Billie was now in room of his own; he let out a low chuckle that led to a crazy and loud demonic laugh. He heard talking, like someone was out side his room. "Oh my Satan, they didn't get him to did they?" a girls' voice echoed.
"Shut up! Some one will hear us!" another girl argued.
"Who EXACTLY is gunna hear us... " Billie couldn't catch the girl's name, the door to the room opened, he howled.

"Did you hear that?!" I jumped, knocking Lex on the ground in the process. There was a noise echoing through the school.
"Let's get outta here!" Mikey went to run, I grabbed him.
"OH NO! We aint gunna go and scarper outta this joint with out Tre!" I snapped at him.
"Scarper?" asked a voice from the shadows.

"HOLY FUCK! Don't do that!" I yelled over as I saw Megan (xBasket.Casex) step out of the shadows. Her fangs gave off a menacingly white glow. She grinned at Gerard; he tightened his grip on my waist.
"Hey Mae!" Lex pulled her into one of those hommie hugs. There was another horrifying echo and I jumped into Gerard's arms.
"Ok forget what I said earlier!" we all jumped out the window. I think at that point we all forgot it was a 20 story school and we were on the 16th floor. I watched Maegan glide down gracefully, her tattered wings giving her perfect balance as the rest of us plummeted to the rocks below.
*Lex's POV*
"OWW!" I opened my eyes to see Abbey's skeleton hand lying in front of me, I must of passed out after the fall. I looked around. "Abbey? Mikey? Mae? Gerard?" I called. Abbey's hand pulled on the leg of my jeans. "Oh what now?" the hand pointed to the parking lot, I followed it as it ran along on it's fingers. "GROSS!" I laughed; Abbey and Gerard were kissing on the curb.
Abbey looked up; she saw her hand running towards her. "I swear!" she mumbled to herself. Suddenly I felt two hands on my waist.
"Mikey is that you?" I giggled; he pulled me close and cuddled up to me. Maegan pulled a couple of flasks from her jacket and passed them to us, I watched Abbey and Gerard share a flask before taking my swig of the red liquid.
I spat some out. "What the hell?!"
"It's blood!" Abbey replied before Maegan could. Gerard ran his tongue over the blood that had dripped on to abbey's bottom lip.
"Guys, I think Tre is still in the school!" Abbey told us. She had a determined spark caressing her unusual sarcastic, one of a kind voice. That men t trouble. Abbey. Determined. Now I had seen everything.
"There's no way in hell I'm goin back in there!" Mikey shuddered, his bones rattling.
"Oh grow up Mikey, we're 18 not 10!" Gerard bravely stated, but his eyes showing that he shared his brother's fear.
"I'm 14; Abbey and Lex are only 16!" Mikey smartly replied.
"I'm 17!" Abbey's hand shot up.
"ANYHOW!" I started, pushing Abbey's arm out of my face. "Where's Mae?" I asked, forgetting my original statement. We all gazed around, where had our friend disappeared to? There was a rustling in the bushes, Abbey was the first to act, her and Gerard shared half a mind. LITERALLY! They cut their brains in half and gave each other the other half as a sign of friendship. So Gerard reacted closely to her marking. We ran for the school once again, only this time we were saving our own skin.

Tre, was slightly unaware of the severity of the situation, and passed his time cracking jokes that made no sense to a quite aware and concerned Mike who wouldn't usually reply.
"OI! Mike! Why did the dinosaur cross the road?" Tre, who was trying to cease his giggles from his previous 'Knock, Knock' joke, blubbered.
"I dunno," Mike sighed as he pushed his ears to the wall, they're hands had been un-chained.
"Because chickens weren't invented yet!" Tre rolled around laughing.
"OH SHUT UP!" Mike yelled, not realizing the rise in his voice. There was a howl. Mike tapped on the bricks, another howl sounded.
"Billie! IS THAT YOU?!" there was no reply to Mike's desperate call. Who was behind the brick wall?
