Time of Her Life, chapter 4
Adrienne was in her living room in her PJs watching some sappy movie...which was weird because usually she didn't watch that stuff but tonight she felt different. Mary was visiting her parents so Adie was alone in her house. She hadn't heard from Billie Joe yet but she knew he was probably still playing.
*What Billie Joe is doing*
Billie Joe, Mike, and Tre were in the middle of a kick ass show, and Billie was still thinking about Adrienne. In between sets he kept thinking, damn hurry up... Get this over with, I wanna call Adrienne. Finally the show was over and the three band mates went to someones house to stay the night. As soon as Billie got a beer he asked the guy if he could use his phone. So Bille Joe went in one of the bedrooms
and took out Adrienne's number and dialled her number.

Adrienne was still watching the movie when the phone rang. She jumped to it, hoping it was Billie Joe. "Hello?"
"Uh hey Adrienne, it's me Billie Joe." Adrienne was so happy that he finally called. So she turned off the TV so she could hear better.
"Hey Billie, how was your show tonight?" Billie was so happy to hear her voice again. All he wanted to do was see her, and kiss her again.
"Ugh it was ok, got a place to sleep tonight and stuff to eat," Billie Joe joked. Adrienne laughed and when she did, Billie Joe sighed a little. He realized that he missed her more than he imagined. "So Adrienne," he started, then Adrienne interrupted him.
"Hey Billie, you can call me Adie, its my nickname, easier than saying Adrienne all the time," she said laughing a bit.
"Ok, Adie... I was wondering if you wanted to meet up tomorrow because we have a free day and no gig tomorrow night." Adrienne was almost about to jump out of her chair with excitement. She really wanted to see Billie again.
"Yeah of course... I really want to see you again." Billie was so happy she said that because he really wanted to see her too. "Uh... But where do we meet?" asked Adrienne. Billie thought for a moment, then said,
"How about we just meet at that McDonalds and then we can do something that day."
"Ok... Sounds great."
So they contiuned to talk, bascially about everything. Adrienne found herself falling for Billie even more. And Billie couldn't believe that he himself was falling for Adie, this quickly. So they talked for almost 2 hours when the guy who lived in the house said that Billie Joe had to get off the phone. So he said goodbye to Adie and confirmed their plans for tomorrow.
That night...or should I say morning, Billie Joe couldn't sleep again. So he went outside on the pourch and sat down. The sun was rising and Billie looked out and started thinking about Adrienne again. Then, he had a lyric in his head again. He sang to himself, "I sit outside and watch the sun rise, look out as far
as I can. I can't see her, but in the distance, I hear some laughter... We laugh together." And when he finished singing that lyric he did laugh... He was so happy seeing Adrienne tomorrow. So he got a piece of paper and wrote that part down. Finally he had a song. He couldn't wait to tell Adie about it. All he need was some music to go with it. Which he will... he told himself... He was going to talk to Mike and Tre about it after he saw Adie. So Billie went inside and attemped to sleep
but he was too excited about seeing Adrienne tomorrow.

After she talked to Billie Joe Adrienne was so excited. She could barely sleep that night. She kept thinking about what tomorrow would be like.
