Where's Tre?, chapter 1

Billie Joe and Mike watched the news with tears in their beautiful eyes. Tre was missing. He had been missing for weeks. No one knew knew where he went.
"Where could he be?" Billie asked Mike.
"I dunno..." Mike said flattly.
"Was he kidnapped?" Billie wondered aloud.
"Well... Mabey... But Bill, you know Tre... He's probly lost in, I dunno, Wyoming or somthing..." Mike told Billie Joe.
"Let's hope so." Billie said as the news reporters on TV once agian told the world of the drummer's disapearence.
"Tre Cool, or, the drummer of the famous band, Green Day, was last seen on his way to the mall on Thursday, April 15th... He has'nt been seen since-" Mike interuped the news lady by turning off the TV.
"We know already!" He through the remote to the floor.
"Mike are you okay?" Billie Joe asked.
"Fine." Mike answered angrily. Billie Joe noticed, that Mike was'nt as upset about the whole Tre missing ordeal as he was. Sometimes he would even seem happy about it. Billie wondered if Mike knew anything about Tre's disapearence.
"Mike," Billie Joe began to ask.
"OH SHIT!" Mike shouted.
"WHAT?!" Billie leapt from the couch.
"Look at the time!" Mike said. "I have GOT to go. I'll catch ya later Billie Joe." and he went out of the door and in his car, and drove off. Billie was still breathing hard from being startled by Mike's sudden words. He was definitly acting strangely though. And Billie Joe would swear on Adi's life, that he knew more than he did about Tre's dissapearence...
