<p> Kevin and Tess were in Nadine's backyard. They gazed at the stars and talked about Green Day. Nadine, Sammy, Tre, Frances and their new friend, Kathrine also know as Kate, were out too. Everyon just looked up, feeling so small in such a huge universe. Kevin put his arm around Tess. She sighed. <br />
"I use to hate stars. They scared me. I always thougt of 'other life' and freaked out." She sighed again. " But now, with you and everyone, I'm not scared."
Kevin turned to look at her. <br /> " I'm glad you feel that way. I used to say I ould never be with someone that long, but three years! Sorry if I'm wrong, but that's long." She put er head on his shoulder. He kissed it. <br />" I love being with you."</p>
<p>Nadine looked over and saw them together, kissing in the moonlight and thought.' Where is Jake when you need him? ' She looked into the road. There was no sign of his car or anything. ' He said he'd be here an hour ago. ' she looked at her cell. 10:00. ' ouch... He's really late. ' She sighed and looked at the moon.<br /> 5 minutes later, Jake pulled up.<br /> " You came!" she screamed and raced through the yard " You made it!" Her screams echoed through the neighborhood. Tess looked over.<br /> " Hey Nadie, your astray boyfriend came home!" <br />Jake faced her. " I wanted to see the stars."<br /> " You WHAT?" Nadine yelled. </p>
