The Middle Of Nowhere, chapter 3
Tre was stunned, he stared at his friends with multiple tears running down his face. His friends stood there also with tears running down their faces. They started undoing the straps and tape people had been tied up with and nobody spoke.
The silence became unbearable and Tre broke it, "I can't believe you found us. Hooow-wwww how did you?"
Mike said, "I went looking for you. After I couldn't find you, for a while I sat on the street and cried. Then a person who new you told me that they had seen a black van drive away after they'd bundled you inside. They had followed the van to here and came back to get help from the cops. I was sat outside the police station and hadn't realised, but when they saw me they told me instead. So I got Adie and Billie and we found this place. We decided it might be better to come at night as they might not stay here so we've been scoping the place out for the last hour trying to find a way in as to not alert anyone or scare you. we knew there would be a few people so I rang the cops and they should be here in a min. I'll ring your Dad in a min so he knows you're safe okay?"
Tre just sat there and looked him in the eyes. he was so relieved that his friends had come. He had no words to decribe his feelings and tears were still dripping on to his pants. The others were all free and they started, one by one, to hug and thank Billie, Mike and Adrienne. Sirens could be heard in the distance and then came closer and closer. The car doors slammed and the police came in a few at a time then all together.
They helped the fans to the vans and cars, and Tre got up and attempted to walk to the door as well. "Whoaaa!" he said. He had been siiting down for so long he had lost most of the feeling in his legs and they went out from under him. Adrienne let out a giggle and Billie and Mike also found it funny. Tre was still crying but found it funny.
Tre said, "Guys I can't tell you how much I love you right now. You're my world."
The 3 of them looked at each other and said to Tre, "We love you too. Lets go home."
So the 4 of them walked to the car. Tre was still suffering with wobbly leg syndrome but was happy in the knowledge that although he had been In The Middle of Nowhere, his friends had loved him and hadn't stopped looking for him until them found him.
