A Story For A Friend..., chapter 6
*Friday at school*
Angie was sitting in what has become her dullest class, English. She lifted her head from her up to look at the clock. Only 10 more minutes, you can make it Angie, don't fall asleep, she said to herself. She had already fallen asleep in that class 4 times. "ANGIE! WAKE UP! I'm not going to have you falling asleep in my class again young lady! For the past week you have slept in my class and I'm getting sick of it! Now pick up your head and PAY ATTENTION!" yelled her bitchy old teacher who had made her way to Angie's desk and was leering over her. Angie nodded quickly and sat up. The teacher walked up back to the front of the class and said, "well now that's done with, back to what I was saying..."
Angie soon became death to what her teacher was saying. She had lunch next hour and needed to talk to Sally about tonights plans. Ok... Only 5 more minutes... Oh come on you damn bell ring! She was getting so impatient. "Ring, ring." Oh thank God! Angie said to herself as she raced out the door. She walked in the lunch room and saw Sally standing up at the table talking to Livy.
"Hey Angie whats up?" asked Sally with a smile on her face.
"Oh nothing, but Sal I need to talk to you about tonight ok?" Angie said while grabbing Sally by the arm and pulling her to the hallway.
"Alright damn, what is it Ang?" asked Sally who was laughing. Angie looked at Sally and laughed. Then said,
"Well I told Billie Joe about tonight and he said he could go, but he doesn't know where you live so thats a problem."
"Wow... is that the ONLY problem huh?" joked Sally. Angie gave her a sarcastic look and said,
"Yeah ya damn bitch now what are we going to do." When she said this she was cracking up laughing because she relaized that she was freaking out about somthing so little. Sally laughed and said,
"Ok bitch calm down. Just tell Billie that you'll give him a ride to my house. Ok?" Angie laughed and agreed. So they went back into the lunch room and ate their usual lunch. The girls didn't really talk all that much, they didn't have to. Everyone knew how Angie felt about Billie Joe, she liked him. After only a week of knowing him she liked him. They were all excited about tonight. Everyone had their reasons. But everyone had at least one in common, they were all excited to be with their friends and to just hang out and forget their problems.
*Later that night, everyone is already at Sally's*
So there they all were, Sally, Joel, Angie, Billie Joe, Livy, and Christy. Jake didn't go because he didn't feel comfertable being there with Angie and her liking another guy. You really couldn't balme him so Sally understood. So they were watching some movie that no one was interested in. Then Joel scanned the room and said, "my gosh, guys we gotta do something, this is boring as fuck." Sally looked over at him and said,
"Well what do you guys want to do then?" Then Joel got that look in his eyes and said,
"Hey, you know what, I bet if some of us go over to my house, I can get us some alchol." Everyone then looked up at Joel, at to Sally's amazment they all agreed.
Then Livy said, "well it's dumb for all of us to go. Hey I got an idea, Joel why don't you and Sally go, we'll wait here. And Sally I know that look, I'll watch your house for ya." She was smiling when she said this, she had an idea in plan... She felt that Sally and Joel should be alone... and this was the only way she thought of. Joel then stood up and said,
"Yeah thats cool, come on Sally lets go get us some booze!" Sally stood up and laughed and said,
"Alright, we'll be back soon, Please don't ruin my house!" Livy laughed and said,
"Oh we wont...much" Sally gave her a sarcastic look and walked out the door with Joel behind her. Finally, I get to be alone with Joel, Sally thought to herself. She had been waiting for a moment where her and Joel could just hang out, without everyone being there. So they walked to his house, getting the illigal substances. Sally smiled all the way. Joel was making her laugh so much she turned red. Joel did too. He was gald to be with her, he realized how much he liked her, he wanted to make this walk under the stars last forever...
