Words are Cheap, Lies are Expensive, chapter 1

<p>"10!" <br />"Sally?" I asked.<br /> "Huh?"<br /> "9!"<br />"Can I talk to you?" I said raising my voice over everyones shouts.<br />"8!" the rest of the people in the room shouted<br />"Uhh I thought you already were." Sally replied to me <br />"Sally, I know your really committed to your band and all and that your really excited because you get to tour with Green Day but-"<br />"But?" she asked <br />"6!"<br />"I-I don't want you to leave me."<br /> "5!"<br /> "Jack, I can't stay this is Ellie and Jay's dream... It's my dream I have to go." she said making me feel so pathetic.<br /> "4!"<br />"But-But I'm afraid that you might find someone better than me." now I was sounding pathetic.<br /> "I'm sorry you feel that way Jack, and if thats how you really think it's gonna be than maybe your right." she said trying not to cry.<br />"3!"<br /> "Are you saying that your breaking up with me?" I asked <br />"Uh huh." she said tears now streaming down her face. "Goodbye Jack." <br />"B.. Bye" I said my heart was now shattered into a million peices like a broken mirrior.<br />"2!"<br /> She turned around and left the crowded room still crying.<br />"1! Happy New Year!!!!" everyone shouted <br />'Yeah happy freakin' New Year.' I thought to myself.<br /> I guess I should explain to you what just happened and why it did. I guess if I had listened to old my friends none of this would have ever have happened. All of these memories would have been erased from time but then again... so would the good ones. l'll take you back to about a year ago...</p>

I guess I'm not all that great the only people I really wanted to like me, the punks, hated my guts, they all hated me because my friends always messed with em' for no reason I never did anything but they still hated me.
