A Redundant Rebel And Pieces Of A Broken Heart, chapter 2
There were three guys sitting on a bench. They looked cool, but one was different, special. He had black hair and green eyes. There was something about him she couldn't understand. When she saw him she immediately knew she liked him. They walked over to them.
"Hi guys! This is my cousin Alex," said Jenny.
"Oh hey Jenny! And hi Alex" the guy with the black hair and the green eyes said. "I'm Billie Joe and that's Mike and Tre Cool," he said again pointing to the two guys next to him.
"Hi guys!" Alex said, feeling butterflies in her while stomach looking at Billie Joe's beautiful eyes.
Jenny went to Billie Joe and kissed him. Billie Joe was her boyfriend! I was shocked and I felt like my whole world fell apart. Again.

I saw Jenny coming towards us. I smiled at her. Then I saw another person with her. It was a girl, her cousin Alex I supposed. When they came closer I got a better look at her and she was beautiful. Her wavy brown hair was falling around her shoulders so gracefully, and her dark brown eyes they were shining while wondering around trying to find something new and exciting. At that moment I didn't see anything but her. I couldn't take my eyes off of her.

"Guys I'm hot." Jenny said.
"I know your hot Jenny! I knew that from the first day I met you!" Said Tre with an evil grin on his face.
"Shut up Tre! And stop hitting on her. I'm sitting right here!" Said Billie while he smacked Tre on the head. "I'm hot by the way too, hmm... I have an idea. Let's go to the beach!"
"Yeah! Let's go!" Everybody agreed.
It was the middle of summer and it was really hot.
They started walking back home to change into swimsuits. They dropped Tre home first because he lived closest to the park. Now we were walking in two groups. Mike and Jenny were in the front laughing and Billie and Alex behind them.

"So what do you like to in your free time?" Billie asked me.
"Well...I play the guitar, and hang out with my friends how about you?" I replied.
"Really? You play the guitar? Cool! Me too! I named it Blue."
"I call mine The Grouch. Were did you get Blue?"
"My father gave it to me. He died from cancer when I was ten," he said that with a sad voice while looking at the floor.
"Oh...I'm so sorry! I didn't know." I said, putting my hand on his shoulder. When I touched him I felt weird. Weirdly happy. Like there was some connection between us.
"It's ok. It was a long time ago. I got over it."

Mike and I were walking in front of Billie and Alex. I think Billie and Alex got on well. For some strange reason I didn't feel jealous at all. Maybe because she was my cousin? I don't really know why. I was having fun talking to Mike. I liked Mike's company, he was sweet and he always knew what to do. If I weren't in love with Billie, I would fall in love with Mike. I'm sure.
"We'll be back here in fifteen minutes ok?" Said Jenny.
"Ok bye see you soon!" said Billie, looking and smiling at Alex.
"Bye!"
"Bye guys!" Said Alex, smiling at Billie. She then went to the house.
"She has such a sweet smile." Billie thought.
Ten minutes later, Tre reached Jenny's house just as Alex and Jenny were ready.
"Hey Tre, all set?" Jenny asked.
"Yep, and you babes? Have everything?" He replied with a smile on his face.
"Uh-huh, were are Billie and Mike?" Alex asked, looking at the street trying to see if Billie and Mike coming. A few minutes later she saw them running towards Jenny's house.
