Adeline, chapter 3
"Billie, You don't her like me", Tre exclaimed.
"Tre, You don't know her", Billie yelled. As soon as I could speek Billie and Tre were fighting. I crawled in a corner and cried, because it was all my fault any of this started happening. I wished I could stop them, but it was no use. Mike ran over to me, and hugged me as I cried.
"Tre and Billie, STOP", I heard Mike yell,"You're making Adeline cry". I always thought Mike was mean, but he never talked to me, and another thing is he never tried to beat me up so I always thought he was nice, but I don't understand. Suddenly Tre did the unthinkable.
"Adeline, I'm sorry for everything, I truely am", Tre said as he gave me a hug.
"I want to know why you're all private, and why you don't ever talk to people", Mike asked.
"I was really close to my father when I was little, Y'all should know him, too, The great Kurt Cobain who was always on drugs. He left a suicide note leaving all money to me, but my dreadful stepmom decided to take it even though the note said it was mine. She bought a mansion leaving me with her tiny one room apartment. When I bought a membership for school with some saved up money. I thought I would be able to live like a normal goth girl, but things didn't work out.
I was always called 'a freak', but does anyone even know me? A teacher actually called me 'a freak'. I was left heartbroken over my father, and even worst I was rejected by all the friends I could have. I tried, and tried to quit bottling up my feelings, but it didn't work. I would usually go home, get my work from school done, and go to my room."
