The Story Of Tre And Steph, Billie Joe And Cassie, chapter 8
The Next Morning
"Morning, sleepy head, up up up!" I annoyed Cassie until she got up.
"What the hell, Steph... wait, do we have school today?" I nodded; sometimes she could be so blonde. Well, I can be blonde at moments, too.
"Come on, get up, I made waffles... yummy waffles...Tre will eat them all if you don't hurry up!"
Cassie looked dumbfounded, "Tre's here?"
I nodded. "And Billie Joe, we are going to walk over to school together and they got up early so I made breakfast... so get up!" I walked downstairs and Tre was eating the last waffle.
"Tre, you pig, Cassie needs breakfast to." I sounded like my mom. He pouted and I walked over to the waffle maker and made more.
I straightened my fair in sort of a messy style and threw on Jeans and a plain black t-shirt. I put on eyeliner and walked downstairs to the smell of coffee and waffles. "Morning everyone!" I walked in with a smile when I saw Billie and gave him a kiss. "Morning to you, too." I smiled. I grabbed a waffle and grabbed my bag. "Should we leave now?" I asked Steph, who was trying to get Tre to stop drinking the maple syrup. "Umm, ya, I guess. Off to the hell hole we go." We laughed and walked out.
"I wanna piggy back ride." I turned to Billie and frowned. He rolled his eyes.
"Fine, get on." We well they walked to school and I jumped off of Billie's back and we met up with Mike and Anna. "Hey guys, you weren't on the bus."
"Ya, we walked, Billie thought he was getting fat," joked Tre.
"Oh ha ha, I'm not the one who ate seven and a half waffles this morning," Billie said with a smirk. We walked up to our lockers and were intruded by the caption of the teenies, I mean, cheerleader, Bethany and her posse of preps.
One of the teenie followers muttered, "What a bunch of freaks." God, can people just shut up.
"What was that, Slutty Mcslut?" I asked.
"She said what a bunch of freaks, and I'm not the dating the school pot head," another prep said to me. I glared at her, why can't they just be normal, and I don't mean all the same.
"Well if you did pot, maybe you would have a personality, like seriously stop kidding yourselves, you really think it's cool to be a bitch to everyone, don't you?" Stephanie said.
"Well by the looks of that guy, you and your sister have a lot in common. LOW STANDERDS!" I lunged at her and tried to hit her, but Billie was holding me back.
"Stop, she's not worth it," Billie said.
"Fine then, if she won't, I will," Steph said, swinging at Bethany.
"Wow, nice fist, Steph," Tre said.
"No one talks about my family and gets away with it."
"You stupid sob, you made me bleed all over my cheerleading outfit," Bethany said.
"Go fuck yourself, sluts," Billie said as Tre flipped them off. That shut them up, I thought.
The teenies started to walk away. "Wait, if we're the freaks, please, I guess I need help now, just tell me how much do you charge?" I asked Bethany. And her blondeness kicked in.
"What do you mean how much do I charge?"
"I mean, you must charge a lot to be such a popular slut, so, like, what two hundred each time?" They looked at me with pure shock and walked away with their noses up high like they just smelt something rotting.
Tre gave Steph a high five and I gave Billie a kiss. "I don't care if you're the biggest pot head in the world. I still love you." I guess I said that a little loud.
"Oh, how sweet, they can have pot smoking babies," joked Tre.
"Guess what, next week?" Steph yelled, half excited.
"What, honey bunny?" Tre asked.
"Number one, don't call me that and two, we're graduating." We laughed.
"Oh ya, next week, I totally forgot. We should go get dresses after school." I smiled and we all walked to class. The day flew by and before we knew it was over.
"Only four more days," Tre yelled.
"Yep," joined in Mike and Anna.
"Are you two going together?" I asked. Mike nodded. I smiled. Me, Steph and Anna went to the dress shop across from Gilman's street and went shopping. This was going to be fun, just three girls looking for an anti-social prom dress.
We looked around for a half an hour when Anna saw a dark red dress with a black bow and trimming.
"Cassie, it's perfect for you," Anna told me. Steph nodded excitedly. Next Anna found a dark blue dress that was down to the floor and looked great on her.
"Two down, one to go," we chanted. Soon we laid eyes on a slim black dress with like sparkles and a tie back front. Steph loved it and we were all happy that it did not take to long to find them. Steph called Tre and he picked her up they were going to hang out. "Bye Steph, have fun!" me and Anna yelled. Anna left she had to get home and Mike walked her over. It left me and Billie Joe.
"So, did you have fun today?"
"Oh ya, I hate those girls so much, it's fun to push their buttons," I said with a smile.
"So prom is coming up and I was just wondering, do you want to go with me?" I gave him a kiss, but unlike our others, it was more passionate.
"I take that as a yes?" I laughed.
"Well who could say no to you?" We laughed all the way towards my house still a while away.
