My Life With Tre, chapter 10
** Next morning
I was laying my head on Tre's chest when I woke up with an awful feeling in my stomach... all of a sudden I ran into the toilet and threw up, I knew something was up because mum told me when you throw up in the morning there is always a surprise to follow it! Tre got up and said to me "Babe are you ok?"
"No," I said throwing up again.
"Eewww," he said to me and I said
"Well you try being the one throwing up!!" Tre shut up after that.
Tre went down to the phone and called Billie Joe and Mike. "Babe I'm having a party for you tonight."
"Ok," I said as I got back into bed.
Later when Tre was out the back setting up I said "TRE im going to the shop and buying stuff for tonight."
"Ok," he said.
"LOVE you," he called out to me as I took his car keys.
"LOVE you too," I said as I got in the car. I came home with bags full of food for tonight and one more thing for me... a pregnancy test. I went upstairs and followed the directions. I read it an hour later the result? POSITIVE.
Tre and I were expecting a child of course, not an alien. I wasn't gonna tell him now though. I was gonna wait and tell every-one tonight at the party.
**That night at the party
Mike and Sarah arrived with Estelle and Billie-Joe and Adrienne arrived with Jakob and Joseph. We greeted them all then the 3 guys stood around the Barbie cooking and we 3 girls talked about random stuff. After every-one had eaten and was just relaxing, Tre stood up and said "Everybody I have an announcement." H walked around to me and got down on his knees and pulled out a purple velvet box and opened it and said, "Rhiannon I loved you and always, will you marry me?"
"YES," I screamed as he stood up and he slipped the ring on my finger everybody was clapping and yelling.
"YAY!"
When everybody went quiet I was really nervous and I said "Well this is the perfect time to tell ya'll something... "
"What?" said Adie.
"I'm pregnant."
At that moment Tre hugged me tightly and then let go a little bit and said "Oops, don't want to hurt my baby." Everyone laughed and we partied wildly for the rest of the night.
