My Life With Tre, chapter 33
Later that year
It was April wedding and she was about to pop (I mean with the baby) except she wasn't as big as me when I was pregnant. She looked beautiful, Adie and I were her bridesmaids and Kat, Joey, Jakob and Estelle were flower girls and page boys.
Just then April said, "I have one more surprise."
"What?!" I said looking at her. Just as Emma walked in the door in a bridesmaid dress followed by Rachael in a little pink dress. When she walked in I ran to her and gave her a hug and we hugged for ages and Adrienne just stood there and talked to April as Emma and I caught up and told everything about our lives. Then after about 10 minutes Billie came in and said it was time to come out and when he opened the doors first person he saw was Emma. He looked at her and smiled she just kept talking to me. I hugged Emma again and handed her the last bunch of flowers. (Was wondering who they were for.)
The boys each linked arms with one of the girls and they walked out one by one, then Emma followed by Adie followed by me followed by April walked out as we could each see our boys smiling and looking weirdly wondering who the first girl was then Tre mouthed to me, "Is that Emma?"
"Yes," I mouthed back and he smiled at Emma and she waved back at both Tre and Mike, but not Billie Joe, good to see she was still pissed at him, I would be to. (Not that I was.) Anyway after the ceremony there were 4 limo's lined up in a row, one for April and Mike, one for the kids, one for Emma, Adie and I and one for Billie, Tre and Ronnie. When we got to the reception the room looked gorgeous. Tre and I raced in acting like idiots and my dress got ripped up the side because I got it caught on the edge of a table!! But it wasn't noticeable, yet... Emma took Ronnie's arm and walked in and Adie and Billie walked in together then all the kids. Then as every-one cheered (all the guests got there before us) April and Mike walked in as husband and wife. They looked so happy as they sat down together and April was worried she might split her dress from being pregnant and eating a lot. (She was pregnant, can you blame her?) It didn't though. Mine was the only that got ripped but Tre let me borrow his jacket so you couldn't really see the rip.
Later in the night Billie Joe and Tre went out for dope then came back in just as it was time to dance for the bridal group, so of course Adrienne and I were stuck with two high dancers so you can imagine what happened when we danced. Well I'll tell you, Tre nearly stood on my feet like a million times and Adrienne was twirled around one to many times, but she recovered. Emma, Ronnie, Mike and April were the only good dancers there. After we'd all had a couple to many drinks Joey put on a song that I liked when I was a kid. Nirvana - smells like teen spirit. I took off my shoes as Joey got up on the mini stage and started singing making us laugh so all the girls took off their shoes and ran up to mosh up front then the guys joined us as Joey was singing (by this time nearly every-one at the wedding was moshing for Joey), Tre got up on stage and then jumped so he was crowd surfing. It was funny cause we all tried to hold him up while trying not to fall from drunkenness he got half way then back to the stage then jumped back on then sung with Joey for the rest of the song and pulled me up with him then told me to jump! So I did trying to hold down my dress and laughing then I nearly got dropped half way! But I was let down half way and moshed again. When the song finished we all clapped for Joey and Tre. When it was time for April to throw the flowers back before they left for their honey-moon, all the girls were in a mosh sort of thing as she threw it back Tre jumped in front of me and caught it!
"Tre!" I yelled and started laughing as he blushed and yelled.
"Yay!" I caught it he said screaming like a girl as everyone laughed and April and Mike drove off and everyone was left standing outside.
"Here ya go Emma," Tre said as he handed her the flowers. I smiled at my husband and he ran up to me and smiled and kissed me.
I went searching for Emma and found her outside smoking pot with the boys!
"Emma!" I yelled as I ran out and stood next to Tre as he wrapped his arm around me.
"What?" she said looking at me and quickly sticking the joint behind her back.
"Give me some!" I laughed as she handed me the joint as Kat walked out to see what we were doing.
"Shit," I said to Tre as he noticed her walking out to us. Everyone hid the joints behind their backs.
"Mum, Daaaaad what are you doing?" she said.
"Nothing," Tre said as he handed me his joint and walked Kat back inside as everyone started smoking again. We all laughed as Tre came back out and ran to me and grabbed his joint off me and smoked it.
"Ahhhh sweet drain," he said after he exhaled the smoke and smiled at me.
"Shit, Tre not tonight," I said knowing what that look was for.
"Awww! Please!" he asked pleadingly.
"Depends how I feel after this," I said handing it back to Emma taking turns in it.
"Ok," was all he said as he inhaled the smoke and kissed me passing me the 'smoke' and I breathed it out coughing. After a while of day dreaming and talking about shit we all decided to go home, though we couldn't drive, we were stoned and drunk. So we got into the limos and slept there. After all the limo drivers were friends so they were also drunk and stoned but they stayed inside the hall. Tre and I had one, Billie and Adie had another and Emma and Ronnie had another and the kids all shared one.
