At The Library, chapter 2

-At Home-

The boys walked in holding beer stubbies in their hands. They obviously had taken the long way round the backstreet and gone to the bottle shop on the way home. Slowly the three of them made their way into the house. Tre walked in first and over to the couch where Pip happened to be sleeping. He knelt down beside her and stroked her hair looking at her peacefully.
‘Is she alright?’, Billie asked concerned, but not trying to make anything noticeable about the way he was feeling.
‘She’s fine’, Tre let out all moody. He stood up and walked to the hall swinging his bottle through his fingers.
‘I’m off to bed’, he told them in a cantankerous manner before he trudged off to his room. Mike and Billie exchanged looks before Mike also too walked off to be alone. Billie made his way over to Pip who was still asleep on the couch. He sat down beside her and looked at her closely. She seemed like an angel that had just fallen asleep. He smiled and twirled her hair around his fingers, trying in the process not to tangle it. Pip smiled in her sleep and gently turned over onto her back. Billie continued to play with her hair.
‘Mmm, that’s nice’, she whispered in her sleep. He fidgeted around in her seat for a little before she settled down again. Billie heard some footsteps come into the room.

‘Hey BJ’, the voice that came with them said loudly. Billie looked up and Pip started to wake from it.
‘Hey Tim’, Billie said, getting up as he gave his younger brother a hug. Pip widened her eyes.
‘OMG’, she let out. Billie and Tim both looked over to her.
‘Hey Pip. You feeling better?’, Billie asked her. He put his arm out to comfort her but she slipped back in her seat. Her eyes widened as she looked infront of her and noticed two of the same person. Billie noticed what had happening and tried to explain.
‘Oh yeah Pip, this is my younger bother. Tim. Tim this is Pip, Tre’s ahh girlfriend’, Billie explained. Pip and Tim looked at eachother for a moment.
‘I don’t feel well’, Pip let out, getting up from the couch. She looked again over at Tim. He and Billie were exactly the same, only he was a little shorter.
‘You two are exact’, she let out, before she passed out before them. Tim managed to catch her before she hit the ground. She seemed to hang there in his arms for a moment before she regained consciousness giving Tim and Billie a few moments to talk.
‘So this is Pippet, the one your always talking about?’, Tim asked Billie. Billie started to turn a shade of crimson before he realised she was waking again. He pulled her up away from Tim and stood her up, helping her keep her balance.
‘So yeah, this is my little brother’, he told her once again. Pip smiled sweetly before she apologized to Tim for fainting onto him.
‘Its alright’, he told her, smiling nervously. Pip was about to start conversation again, but she happened to notice something. She took a look at the height of the two boys infront of her.
‘Wait, that isn’t right’, she said, becoming curious again. Billie and Tim looked at eachother again.
‘What are you talking about?’, Tim asked her. He too was wondering what her mind was thinking.
‘There’s another one. I mean, are their 3 of you or only 2. I mean I swear I’ve seen someone who looks like you but is taller. Perhaps I’m just seeing things’, she let out, stuttering over her words. Billie and Tim looked at eachother again and smiled, as if there was a private joke going on.
‘Well, ahh yeah’, Billie said rubbing his neck nervously. He watched the colour in her cheeks change from their usual rosey red colour to a darker crimson colour as if she was blushing for some reason. A figure appeared behind them.

‘What are you three all doing here?’ he asked them. Pip turned around. Her eyes widened again. There was a 3rd brother. A look alike. An older version of Billie and Tim. She glanced at him for a second before she collapsed into Tim’s arms again. This time he caught her right away.
‘Wow. Is this the girl you talk about Bill?’, Joey their brother asked. Billie managed to nod shyly. Joey took another look at Pip in the arms of Tim.
‘She’s cute’, he let out, pulling her up from Tim. Billie broke of their contact and helped Pip stand up instead. She slowly started to open her eyes. They seemed to find their way into Billie’s, thus his doing the same into her’s. She smiled delightfully again, and broke of the contact so she could talk properly without tripping over her words.
‘This is kinda awkward’, Tim pointed out. Billie and Joey discontinued looking at eachother as usual.
‘Yeah, I’m hungry’, Joey thought out aloud. He pushed the back of his hair up and let out a deep breath. This was the first time in a while the 3 brother had had a discussion together.
‘You’re always hungry’, Billie reminded him, taking his eyes off of Pip and focusing them on the floor.
‘Yeah, but I haven’t eaten in like 2 days’, Joey explained to them all.
‘Two days man......Joey you cant do that’, Tim told him, making his way to the kitchen as the talk of food had now made him to also hungry. Pip watched them all before she spoke wondering if she should really be here at all.
‘Wow, three hot guys together in a room’, Pip whispered. Billie overheard and started blushing at her comment. Pip smiled shyly at him and still wondered weather or not she should say something.
‘Do you want me to make you guys something?’, she asked. The three looked up at her and then at eachother.
‘Yeah, yeah’, they all said rushing to the kitchen, waiting expectancy for something to be made.

- A half hour later after dinner -
‘That was nice. Thanks Pip’, Billie said, taking a seat beside her on the couch. Tim and Joey also thanked her before they took their seats on the other side of the lounge. Billie held his head tipped it backwards.
‘Oh, my head aches back’, he let out, rubbing his forehead. Pip put her hand up to it and felt to see if he had a fever. Billie started to change to a shade of pink.
‘Your temperature’s a little high, but not to bad’, she told him, looking over him. He flicked his eyes over at her and watched her closely for a moment. She kept her hand on his forehead a little longer. The more she stayed like this, the hotter and sweatier he became. He breathed in deeply and watched his heart rate, to make sure it didn’t start pounding. He flicked his eyes over to Joey and Tim on the other side of the room. He watched him make fun off him as they started singing the old school nursery rhyme that always seemed to make him flush red.

‘Billie and Pippet sitting in a tree.......doing something they shouldn’t be........first comes love......then comes marriage’, Tim managed to get out before Joey put him in a headlock after he noticed how red Billie had become.
‘I uhhh, might......um......i’ll be in my room’, Billie managed to say stumbling over all his words. He got up from the lounge and made his way to the other side of the house.

‘OMG you should have seen her’, Joey let out in a loud tone.
‘Really she was cute?’, Tim asked in awe of his brother.
‘Oh yeah you should have seen her’, Joey told him once again, loudly. Pip looked over to them and smiled sweetly.
‘You two seem happy’, she said, making eye contact with them. Tim looked at her and smiled, nervously. Joey instead took a little control of the conversation.
‘Yeah, we are’, he told her, leaning forward, ‘So your dating Tre?’, he asked her.
‘Yeah. Well kinda. Like there’s this other guy I’m like madly inlove with but, I have no chance with him what so ever and well Tre.......he’s......he’s sweet and caring. I haven’t had a guy like that before’, she explained, before she was cut off by a thud from up stairs...
