Touring With the 33-Year-Old Teens, chapter 1

I couldn't believe me and my band were picked to tour with Green Day. Well, it was only me because Carolina had a family crisis, Mason was in the hospital because he broke his leg, and me and Jake had got in a fight two nights before.
As I got into the limo "American Idiot" began to play on my phone. I was sorta embarrased but knowing it was Jake, I turned my phone off.

On the way to the hotel I sat there looking out the window of the limo. Tre asked me a question, but I didn't hear him. Billie Joe tapped me on my shoulder, I looked at him and said I was sorry. He had personally called me last night to tell me I had won the contest. I was at a party when he called so I had to go outside to answer the phone. When I came back in Jake was dancing with his ex-girlfriend. That was what the fight was about.

Billie Joe put his hand through my hair, "You okay?" he asked. "Yeah, I'm fine. Just a little tired." I lied. Tre once again asked his question, "Can you play guitar? " he smiled his weird but cute smile. I couldn't help but laugh. "You did hear the demo didn't you?" I asked kinda sarcastically. "Yeah along with a million others." he replied. Mike said in a sorta tired voice, "I really like the bass on your demo song."

That brought tears to my eyes but I held them back. "Jake plays the bass in my band." I said in almost a whisper. Tre shoved Billie out of the way and sat next to me "Want me to cheer you up?" he asked in a hyper way. "I'm scared to say yes." I said staring at him. All of a sudden he started coloring my hair with a black sharpie. "Hey, you said cheer me up not terrorize me. Thank god I was going to dye my hair black." I said laughing. "See, I did cheer you up!" he said, "Yay me!"

He began hopping all over the limo till Mike finally slapped him on the back of his head. The limo pulled up behind the hotel. "So who am I rooming with?" I asked. Everyone began to laugh. I picked up the hint and looked at the black streak in my hair. "Can't wait!" I said sarcastically. That night was a nightmare. Tre jumped on my bed when I tried to go to sleep, set my clothes for the next day in a tub full of water, and splashed water on me in the morning. I got on the tour bus and everyone was quiet. Then Tre came up to me and hugged me, "I'm sorry." He said. It was the way he said it that sounded suspicious.
