Can't Take It, chapter 10
Adrinne knew she had to do somethig about this. She called every hotel in town. Sudenly, when she started to give up hope, the man at the hotel said he did have a Billie Joe Armstrong. She thanked the man and tried to walk down to the door.
"Mommy, where are you going?" Jakob asked as he saw his mom opening the front door.
"Umm, umm, I'm going to the store to buy bread," Adie said to her son forgetting it was a Saturday.
"Ok!" Jakob said walking away.
Adrienne walked out the door and to the car thinking about what she would tell Billie when she saw him. SHe drove about 45 minuets until she finnaly reached the hotel.
"Hi, I'm Adrienne Armstrong who called about Billie Joe." Adrienne said to the man at the front desk. The man looked well put together. He was probobly around 26.
"Oh yeah, he is in room 426. On the second floor," The man said looking at his computer.
"Thanks"
"No problem".
Adrienne walked up the flight of stairs and into the hallway. The walls were painted blue with chairs in the hallway. It was a nice hotel. Adrienne was thinking about that letter. She had so many qwestions running through her head. Why would her husband do that? Why did he run away? WHy doesn't he trust Adie about the baby?Adrienne know 4 months pregnant had go through all this trouble just to get her husband back.
"423, 424, 435, there it is!" Adrienne said knocking on the door."Billie homey, open the door. Billie OPEN THE FUCKING DOOR!" No response came.
Adrienne thought of something. She quickly grabbed her credit card from her walet and slid it through the door. The door unlocked and she pushed it open.
"Billie? OH MY GOODNESS!!!" Adrienne said seeing such an awful sight. There infront of her she saw Billie on the ground in the bathroom with blod underneath his head.
Adrienne let out a blood curtaling scream, fell to her knees and broke out into tears.
