Baby-sitting for Green Day!, chapter 4
"HOLY CRAP!" Was my word. I told you it wasn't good enough to describe what I saw. Well, when I got out, I saw Billie Joe standing in front of a b-e-a-utiful townhouse. I mean it was absolutely GORGEOUS! It was black, and in the windows were red curtains with little flower pots on the sill. The steps were pretty too.
I walked up to Billie Joe. "Hey!" he said.
"Hey."
"Glad you could make it. Let's go inside so you can meet Adie and the kids."
"Great!"
"Follow me." This was going to rock.
Well, we were walking in this narrow hallway, but it was a pretty hallway. I wondered what the inside of the house would look like... the outside gave away that it must be nice. Wait, why am I thinking about his house? Who cares? I'm with the worlds most famous lead singer. Why would I worry about his house? Maybe cause I'm in it. What ever!
We finally made it inside. It was awesome! Wow, right there in front of me, was ADIE! I went over, following Billie Joe.
"Hello, you must be Maxine, our new baby sitter. Nice to meet you!" She was very... sweet.
"Hi. Nice to meet you too. You have a very nice place here." Gosh, why couldn't I just shut up about the house?!
"Oh, thank you! Let's take you to meet the kids now."
"Yey! I can't wait." She took me into where it looked like a living room. It was filled with toys, and video games. Soon I saw Jakob and Joseph. Wow, Joseph was a spitting image of his father. Jakob was the same with Adrienne. They both looked like little angels, sitting on the floor, playing with each other. Awww! I think this baby sitting job is going to work!
