Back In Nobel High, chapter 11
"I fucking hate her! Mike...I'm leaving!"
"What do you mean your leaving?!" he replied.
"I'm going away! Running away...whatever you wanna call it! I'm going to...to...Pasalascqua!"
"Lib!" he pulled her into a cuddle where she shoved her face into his chest where she began to sob.
"Lib...calm down please! No need to run away! Stay here...with me!" Mike said.
"I can't! I can't be in the same town as her! I feel so...so...un-free!"
"Lib...please...what about finishing school?"
"I don't care about that! Mike...I'm going...I'm sorry if you don't understand!"
"Come on! Your mum will be dead worried!"
"I don't care."
"Lib?"
"What?"
"I'm coming with you." he said firmly.
"Mike! You have to stay! Your life is here! The band is here!"
"Lib...I wanna be with you...keep you safe." he hugged her even more tightly.
Lib kissed him passionately on the lips.
"We better get a move on then. I'll just ring the guys." Mike said.
"What?"
"Billie and Tre have to come too!"
"Alright. You ring Billie and I'll ring Tre from my cell phone."
"Got it." Mike replied with a grin.
Tre agreed instantly but Billie hesitated for a while, until Mike said he should bring Adrienne as well.
"Mission accomplished." Mike said getting off the phone and pulling Lib into yet another hug. She liked being in his arms.
"Fuck! I gotta get home to pack my stuff." Lib said all of a sudden.
"Meet back at my place in half an hour?"
"Yep. Sounds good." Libby replied.
As she was walking out the door Mike called out to her.
"Babe?"
"Yeh?"
"Don't worry about it! As long as your with me I promise you'll be safe."
Lib smiled and headed home, things rushing through her mind rapidly.
She opened the front door cautiously. To her relief no one was in sight, so she proceeded up the stairs.
When she got into the room, she pulled out some bag, and began to stuff clothes, cd's and other stuff she felt she couldn't live with-out.
In precisely half an hour she was back at Mike's house and ready to go.
Tre, Billie and Adrienne were also there...
It was going to be a big adventure...
