Look Who I Bumped Into..., chapter 3
When we reached the skating place Mike payed for everything. "C'mon Mike! Let me pay for something!" I begged. He looked at me and waved a wad of cash in my face.
"Who's the rock star?"
"You are."
"You makes millions of dollars?"
"You do."
Mike smiled. "Okay. I'll pay for everything. Now let's go get our skates."
We got the skates (which looked so gay) and started racing each other. Mike and Billie started slamming each other into the walls and Tre' grabbed my arm and started pulling me around and Kimmy just sat at a table, flirting with some gothic dude. "Hey! Don't do that!" I snapped as Tre' almost rammed me into a girl. He smiled devilishly.
Then he acuatly picked me up. "Dammit Tre'! this isn't ice skating! Put me down!" I said. Tre' started to spin around and I got dizzy. "Hey dork, put Jordan down!" Mike ordered, yanking Tre' back by the shoulder. "Okay, okay." Tre' put me back down and I grabbed the front of his shirt and started pulling him around the ring.
After messing around for half an hour we sat down by Kimmy at a table. We were all panting and very tired. "I'm ganna be sore tomorrow," Billie said. "Oh my god! Kimmy, we have that big ass test tomorrow! We have to get home dude," I said, jumping up. Mike handed me a pen and paper. "Phone number and adress," he said. I scribbled it down. "Bye guys," Kimmy said as we hurried out of the skating ring and headed home.
"My brian still hurts," I said as we sat in The Burrow. It was six and after the math test I was still confused from the questions on the test. "Hey, didn't Billie, Tre' and Mike say that they'd meet us at the park at seven? We'd better get going," Kimmy said. I sighed and we left the coffee shop and hurried over to the park.
"I left my wallet at The Burrow. I'll be back. Just tell the guys to wait," Kimmy said just as we reached the park gate. I rolled my eyes. "Whatever," I muttered. It was already dark outside and I was freezing my ass off as I walked over to the swings and sat down. I let my feet drag in the sand. Then a hand covered my mouth and I heard breathing in my ear.
I started to kick around but the man behind me was to strong and pulled me off the swing and threw me to the ground. "Aw hell no," I said, looking up at Johnny's face. He smiled and jumped on top off me, holding a hand on my mouth. He pulled out a big butcher knife and waved it an inch away from my face. I tried to hold back tears. "Now you'll be sorry," Johnny said.
