It's What I Need, chapter 4
"Adrienne!" I called.
"Yeah" came the responce.
"Bryan just spoke!"
"I'll be there in a min" She called and I walked into the kitchen to fix breakfast. Adi walked in and straight upto Bryan's perch. "Have you been chatin'?" she said sweetly.
"Chating!" squaked Bryan. Adi laughed and sat down at the table and I put a plate with about 7 pieces of toast on it.
"Thanks" said Adi as she took 3 pieces and put them on her plate and began buttering them. I took 3 as well and when we finnished, I gave the other piece to Bryan who was thankful. I went and got dressed into my decent clothes (a ramones T-shirt, black jeans and dark blue converses) as did Adrienne (Operation Ivy T-shirt,Black short trousers and Green converses). We both did our eyeliner and packed our bags. We spent the day watching random films on the T.V.
"Come on, let's roll!" I sang as we hopped out at the small arena where Green Day were playing. I shielded my eyes from the sun as we joined the huge line. Before we knew it, Green Day had rocked their socks off and were walking off. "You still favour Billie?" I said to Adi as we were off to backstage.
"I've been going out with him for a long time, you know".
"Shit, Adi you didnt tell me! Awwww, I'm so happy for you!" I smiled and gave her a breif pat on the shoulder. We were now walking down an empty corridor, looking at the signs
"Yeah, he's great". Adi pointed to the sign that read 'Backstage'. The walls were white and bare and there were no windows to be seen.
"Passes please" said a tall beefy man.
"There we go, my good man!" I said and we showed our passes to him. This is it, I felt a nervous feeling in my stomach, This was gonna change my life and I knew it.
