Tre's New Interest!, chapter 5
Keira's POV
While I was at work I couldn't stop thinking about my date with the 'dude with green hair' as I now decided to call him. I hadn't had a date in a while, and the last one was a complete mess. Lets just say it involved a taco, a poodle, and a tree. No further discusion.
I look over at the clock and it read 6 pm. Hmm, Tre should be here soon...a second later I jumped when I heard a voice say, "Excuse me miss but I'd like to buy some new paperclips, where are they?!?"
I chuckled when I saw Tre standing in front of me with flowers and a huge grin on his face.
"Well sir I'm sorry to say but we have no paperclips here, you'll have to go somehwere else."
He practically chucked the flowers at me and said, "Damnit I have no time to buy stupid worthless pathetic paperclips! Can't we just go on our date now, purty pleasee!?!?"
I laughed and said, "Fine." So we set off to the car to go on our date.
A little while later we ended up in front of a movie theatre. Tre parked the car and was about to get out when I grabbed his arm and said, "I don't feel like seeing a movie, lets just go for a walk on that beach over there or somethng. If it's alright with you."
A wide grin appeared on his face and he said, "Wow, a woman who wishes to do cheaper things in life, I like it!"
I chuckled and got out of the car. I walked over to him and placed my hand in his, we started on our walk to the beach.
When we got to the beach we sat down on the sand. It was dark out and there was only about one person there, who was walking by with their dog. I looked over at Tre. Through the darkness I could see he was smiling and looking off into the water so I tackled him, which caught him off guard, and he screeched and rolled over. I laughed and jumped on top of him. He looked scared for a moment, which made me burst into a fit of giggles.
He grinned and grabbed my torso and held me up in the air. I started laughing even louder when he said, "Damn you scared me, but I'm going to get you back for that my dear!"
He put me over his shoulder and started walking with me over to the water. I started squirming and giggling and started telling him to put me down, which only made him laugh and quicken his pace. He started walking in the water until it was up to his knees and dropped me into it.
I jumped out of the warm water with a completely shocked look on my face. When he saw it he started laughing, so I tackled him into the water. While he was falling into it I ran out farther and grabbed some mud from the bottom and threw it at his shirt when he got up. So began a great mud fight of us running up and down the water chucking mud at each other. This was hell of a lot better than some movie!
After a while I noticed Tre was getting tired, so I yelled across to him, "Awww Tre'y poo, are you getting a little tired? Well if you are we can stop and we'll just say I won!"
I could hear him laughing, and he started walking towards me. I was holding some mud in my hand still, when he got up to me he said, "Well we both know I totally kicked your ass, but if it makes ya feel better we'll just SAY you won my dear."
I grinned and splattered the mud into his already muddy hair, and kissed him on the cheek.
"Well Tre, that was a fine game, now lets go back and sit on the beach okay?"
He picked me up in his arms and carried me back to the beach. We sat on the beach and I cuddled into his side, and he placed his arm around me. We sat there in a comfortable silence, happily enjoying each others company.
