I Never Thought This Could Be, chapter 5
I turned around to go back to the two boys I had left. But what I saw wasn't what I wanted it to be. Billie's fist was in the air ready to hit Tyler. I walked up quickly to him so he didn't have time to hit him. "Billie what the hell are you doing?!" I yelled. I could feel Tyler smirking at Billie behind my back. So I pulled him to where no one could hear us.
"Why were you about to hit Tyler?" I asked in a kind of motherly tone which I hated about myself. "Thats not important, atleast you stopped me" he said looking kind of disappionted in himself. "No BJ I want to know why?" I protested.
"Why do you even like him?" He asked with a desprate face. I couldn't jut lie to him. "I have no idea why I like him" I answered honestly.
"I'm not trying to be mean or anything but, can you like be NICER to him. For whatever he did?" I asked trying to sound as non-agitated as possible. I saw a little flame of rage in his eyes but he held it in. Apparently Tyler did something to really piss him off." Fine" he answered trying to stay calm.
"Thank you"I replied and hugged him. Alteast that seemed to calm him down a bit. I took ym seat behind Tyler in now 4th period class. Turning slowly around he gave me one of those looks. I could never read what he was thinking. I just gave him my "yes, may I help you smile". Once I accomplished that he turned back around.
I looked over to Billie Joe. He was reading the note I gave him with a smile on his face. It felt great to see him smile.
