Layla's POV
"Umm, don't mean to be rude or anything...But are you Billie Joe Armstrong?" I asked. I couldn't believe how calm I was acting. I mean come on, this is fucking Billie Joe Armstrong, whom I've loved for ever.
"Yup, the one and only. Who are you?"
"Layla."
"Nice." then he flashed me one of his famous smiles. God he's hotter in real life!
Billie's POV
Nice name, got the eye's to go with it. In fact she's gorgeous. But as I looked down her arm I saw a huge gash and as I kept looking down her arms there were big black bruises to be seen. Before I could stop myself from asking where she got them from I did.
"Hey, what happened?" I asked, pointing to the bruises. She stopped and looked at me with tears in her eyes.
"Uhh nothing. Look I gotta go. Nice meeting you," she said a little to fast. She got up and handed me the papers I dropped and took off.
"Hey! Wait!" I called out. I didn't want to loose this girl too quickly.
I grabbed my papers and followed her to the park. There, I saw her she was sitting under a tree crying with her legs up to her chest. I slowly approached her and put my hand on her shoulder. She looked up at me with tears streaming out of her beautiful blue eyes. I sat down next to her and cautiously rapped my arms around her which she gratefully accepted by putting her head in my chest.
"Please tell me what's wrong?" I questioned again.
"I...I can't."
Then she broke down in my arms. I didn't want to see her so hurt so I started to sing Poprocks and Coke.

Her crying slowed down and stopped. She looked up at me again. Her blue eyes boring into me. She looked so innocent yet hurt. I slowly came closer to her and placed my lips onto her perfect, soft lips. This girl blows my mind!
Layla's POV
OMG! I'm kissing Billie Joe Armstrong. Seems like he really cares. I hope he does coz I've loved him for years and this is only making my love for him stronger...
Billie's POV
We broke apart and looked into each others eyes for what seemed like for ever. But I was still worried about how she got those bruises.
"Please tell me what's wrong, I can help."
"I can't Billie, I'm sorry."
"You can trust me."
"Alright. But you can't tell anyone."
"Your secret is safe with me."
Then she explained what had happened. I was really pissed off at her parents for treating her so bad. Such a beautiful, young girl getting abused. I am going to help and protect her. What ever the cost.
By the time she finished she was in tears again. I held her and gently rocked her back and forth.
"Shhh, you're safe with me," I cooed, "I won't let them hurt you any more. I promise."
"But you don't even know me and I was meant to be home ages ago so I'm going to get punished for being late," she said so fast it took me a while to take in what she said.
"I don't care if I don't know you, I'm gonna get to know you."
"But.."
"Shhh, it'll be alright."
We just sat there in silence with me rocking us back and forth, not bad silence, just comfortable. Then she broke it.
"I need to get home."
"No."
"Yes Billie, I have to." I gave her puppy dog eyes.
"Look give me your address and phone number and I'll contact you if I need you."
"Alright," I said, finally giving up, "But I don't like this plan much."
She smiled and I gave her my information. She got up, kissed me and left. I think I'm falling for this girl faster than you can say Green Day!
