They arrived at the deserted studio space that Green Day had set up shop in. Sabrina took a moment to go get her acoustic and her notebook in which she wrote her music and assorted lyrics in. She returned to join Billie Joe and sat down next to him on the couch. He was playing around with a haunting melody. Sabrina closed her eyes and started playing her guitar and adding to what he was playing. A smile came over Billie's lips when he heard Sabrina join him.
After playing around with the melody, they stopped and looked at each other. Sabrina quickly grabbed her book and started to jot down the notes as he played them again. She then added her notes and soon they had the whole song written. She was enjoying creating music with Billie, they were blending their different styles together quite nicely. Though in the end, they both had similar influences, but ended up in different music genres.
"Play that chorus again Billie." she asked
He started to play the chorus and Sabrina closed her eyes and let her mind wander. He thoughts moved from Tre to her family to finally rest on her mother. He watched the different emotions play across her face and saw one settle down into her features. "Play it again" she whispered. He played it again and heard Sabrina's voice begin to sing.
Lisa, Lisa, say you're going to live forever. Lisa, Lisa, we're never gonna say goodbye. Only you know who I am, only you really understand. Nothing's going to take you away.
He stopped playing and looked at Sabrina. "Are you ready to do this?" he asked her
"Yes, I think it's time to release this one select demon from the bottle."
They sat and worked on the song, writing the verses and cleaning up the music until Sabrina's cell phone went off. Green Day's "80" filled the room. Billie laughed at the fact that his wife was calling Sabrina rather then him, until he realized that he didn't even have his cell phone with him. He grabbed the phone from Sabrina and spoke to his wife, who was calling to say that they could come home. They packed up their gear and locked the studios behind them as they left to go change for the party.
When Sabrina arrived home, she found Tre sitting on the couch in their bedroom watching 'The Jetsons' on Boomerang Network. He looked up and smiled as his wife entered the room. "What should I wear Tre, can you at least tell me is it formal or a more casual style?" he heard voice filter out from inside the walk in closet.
"Well, take at look at what I'm wearing and figure it out from there." he smirked. "You aren't getting ANY information from me."
Sabrina poked her head out to look at Tre for a minute to see what he was wearing. Unfortunately for her, he was in normal Tre attire. He had on one of his many suits, with a tie, and his hair was up in it's faux hawk finest. Kohl rimmed his eyes which tied the outfit together. She swore lightly under her breath as she retreated into the closet again. He laughed at her swearing and turned back to watch his cartoon.
He didn't notice Sabrina come out of the closet with her arms full of clothes. Suddenly he heard the shower running so he assumed that she had figured out what to wear. By the time his cartoon was finished the sound of the shower had also stopped. He looked up at the sound of the door opening and after the stream had billowed out, Sabrina stepped out into the bedroom. As he saw what she was wearing, it seemed that Sabrina had had the last laugh.
She had rummaged through his side of the closet to find something to wear. While she had on one of her own pairs of leather pants, she had picked out one of his black shirts to wear, along with one of his suit jackets. A bow tie hung around her neck, though it wasn't hooked up and she arranged her hair into its own version of his faux hawk style. She pulled it back with an old school banana like clip. The top was puffed up and it gathered to hang down her back in like a blonde waterfall. She too had lined her eyes with kohl and had her own pair of Tuks on her feet. She looked almost like a female version of Tre. She smiled sweetly at her husband and walked out of the room to go downstairs and smiled to herself when she heard his laughter echo through out the house.
They had arranged for a car to come pick them up, so getting drunk was okay. They arrived at the party site which had a red carpet like atmosphere. The photogs were out in force, since many of Sabrina's famous friends were invited along with Billie's friends. They stepped out of the car to flashbulbs that lit up the night sky. "Look here.", "Over to the left.", "Sabrina, Tre." the photogs called out in order to get the money shot. Toby had come out to rescue the pair and bring them into the club that had been rented out for the night by Tre and Adie.
Toby noticed what she was wearing, but he had know her long enough to know that she was getting her form of revenge for something that Tre must have done. He made a mental note to ask her what happened. He led the pair over to where the rest of Green Day had gathered. Sabrina walked over and smacked Billie on his ass.
"One down and 33 more to go, old man." she said with an innocent look on her face. Billie laughed and returned the favor.
"Alright then, if that how it's going to be. One down and 44 more to go." he replied with a wink.
And so the party began. The birthday pair preceded to get extremely drunk that night. They were dancing with each other and generally making asses out of themselves. Throughout the night, Sabrina and Billie kept trying to get the birthday spanks in when the other wasn't watching, much to the amusement of the guests. Toward the end of the evening the cake was brought out and it was this two headed monster cake with music notes iced on it and on one side it had a set of numbered 34 candles, with a matching set of 45 on the other side. Sabrina stood by her numbers and blew, while Billie did the same to his. With a minimal cake smashing, it went off without a hitch.
Around 3am the party started to wind down as Sabrina leaned up against Tre since she was no longer able to do so by herself. Billie was seated at a booth with Adie on his lap and his head slumped against her back. Everyone was getting tired, but no one wanted to leave yet. The club owner made the decision for them when he came into the room and shouted "You don't have to go home, but you can't stay here!" People started to file toward the doors and with that, the party was over.
Sabrina tried to walk and took one step and fell over head first to the floor. Tre laughed as he bent down to pluck the blonde from her perch off of the floor. She giggled when he lifted her in her arms and started walking toward the door. "I luffs wouuu Treeeeeeeee" she intoned into his ear, as he carried her to the car. He smiled as he placed her in the back seat and went back in to help Adie and Mike with Billie. After depositing Billie into his own car, Tre opened the door to his to find his wonderfully drunk wife, sprawled across the back seat passed out cold. He moved her legs so he could sit down and told the driver to precede as he closed the back door.
Upon arriving home, Tre picked up his wife once again and carried her over the threshold like a newlywed. He went up the stairs and bumped open their bedroom door with his hip and walked over to the bed. He dropped her gently down and carefully undressed her. After she was down to her birthday suit, he quickly did the same and crawled into the bed next to her, pulled her up along side of him and fell asleep holding her in his arms.
The next morning awoke with Sabrina feeling hung over as all get out. She glanced at the clock next to the bed as it read 10:16am. "Happy fucking birthday to me." she muttered as she climbed out of bed and walked somewhat unsteadily into the bathroom. She swallowed down 3 aspirins and started up the shower. She brushed her teeth as the water grew hot and stepped in and let the water rain down on her head. She heard a set of bare feet slapping on the tile floor as Tre walked in the room. He relieved himself and without flushing, he turned around and walked over to where Sabrina was trying to feel like a human again. With a click he opened the door and joined her in her own private rainstorm.
"Happy Birthday baby." he murmured in her ear as he kissed her neck. He received a groan for his efforts and he just chuckled at her. "Got a headache baby?" he asked her as he continued to kiss her neck. He felt her head nod it's answer. "Well good, cause I just sprinkled aspirin on my dick." he replied innocently.
Her body shook as she laughed and snorted. She turned around to face him and wrapped her arms around his neck. "Good cause that's just what the doctor ordered. Take 3 aspirin and fuck me in the morning."
After the lovebirds had dried off and started to get dressed, Tre's cell phone rang. She raised an eyebrow as he moved out the room to take the call. She finished off getting dressed and went down to kitchen to grab something to eat. Tre was there talking into his phone, and when he saw her, he smiled and walked out of the room much to her disgust. She shook her head at her husbands' secrecy as she grabbed an apple from the crisper and pulled out a can of Caffeine Free Diet Pepsi. She sat down with her treasures and waited for Tre to come back.
Just as she finished up her apple and soda, Tre reappeared. He walked over and planted a kiss up top of her head before he went to pour a bowl of cereal out for himself. She waited until he slid into the sit across from her before she spoke.
"What's with the phone call? Making arrangements with your mistress?" she asked rather cattily.
He looked up from his cereal to stare at her. "Mistress, now why would I need a mistress when I get all the sex I can handle and more from you?" he said in between bites of cereal. "The phone call has to do with what I have planned tonight for your birthday." he said with a smile.
"Oh." she said rather sheepishly.
He snorted and went back to eating his cereal. Sabrina sat and sipped on her soda while she waited for Tre to finish. He looked up as he said. "A car is arriving in about an half hour to start out your birthday celebration."
"Do I need to change clothes?" she said as she looked down at her jeans and tee shirt.
"Nope, that will be fine for where we are going."
"Where are we going that jeans and a tee shirt is okay for?"
"That's for me to know and you to find out." he said with a smile.
Well find out she did. The car came and whisked them away to San Francisco and to one of the ritziest day spas in town. There they both received spa treatments together, from seaweed wraps, to mud baths, to manicures and pedicures. The day spa experience ended with Sabrina in a robe going back to get dressed again and finding her jeans and tee shirt gone and replaced with a beautiful black dress, shoes and a little black velvet box. She reached down and picked up the box and opened it to reveal a set of black onyx drop earrings that had diamonds set around the larger stone. She smiled as she pulled out her silver hoops and replaced them with the new earrings. She quickly got dressed and a hairstylist was waiting to do her hair and makeup.
She re-appeared near the Spa entrance as she waited for Tre. He came from around the corner and stopped dead in his tracks at the sight of her. She smiled and came up beside him to give him a hug and kiss. "I love the earrings, the dress, everything." she laughed, "You have good taste for a man." He smiled as he offered his arm to his wife and they left the spa to go to the next place Tre had arranged.
They shortly pulled up to a nice little restaurant near the bay with a fantastic view of the bridge. They were shown to a small romantic table by a window and away from everyone else. A chilled bottle of champagne sat waiting to be opened and a dozen black and red roses were laid across Sabrina's place setting. Tre led her to her chair and pulled it out for her. She lowered herself to the seat and turned her head up for Tre to kiss. "Happy Birthday Sabrina." he said.
The dinner was one of the most romantic things that had ever happened to her. After they finished eating, a small string trio come in to play while led Sabrina in dance around the room. She leaned her head against his shoulder as she felt his strong arms around her. The dance came to an end and Sabrina was sad that the night was ending also. They left the romantic space and returned to the waiting car.
Sabrina glanced out the window and realized that they were heading into wine country rather than heading back to Oakland. She looked at Tre for an answer but he just smiled and turned his head back to the window. After watching the vineyards go by, they pulled into a driveway that lead up to a huge Victorian mansion. The sign in front the period home read 'The Victorian Bed and Breakfast'. She looked at Tre and he smiled and kissed her. "I thought you would enjoy a night away.". He put a finger to her questioning lips and walked her up the stairs and inside the front door.
He walked over to a small desk where a woman handed him a room key. Tre had obviously had this all planned out before hand, the sneaky bastard she thought to herself. Tre had a self satisfied look on his face as he steered her toward the stairs. The went up to the second floor and walked down a hallway and he took the key to open up the room door that was in front of him and they went in to enjoy the rest of the beautiful night.
After playing around with the melody, they stopped and looked at each other. Sabrina quickly grabbed her book and started to jot down the notes as he played them again. She then added her notes and soon they had the whole song written. She was enjoying creating music with Billie, they were blending their different styles together quite nicely.
