Remember me in the end, chapter 6

I Went to class I was going to go after her but I was late for class. During my classes I was trying to think about what to say to her when I was supposed to be thinking about Math.

Fuck math I wanna drop out!

After school I waited at Shawnez's class. She came out and saw me, and avoided me the whole time.

Maybe she does want me to leave her alone. I walked home thinking it over in my head. So I decided. I put my books home and then walked over to her house.

I knocked on her door and her mom anserwed. "Yea is Shawnez home?"

Her mom gave me a weired look. "Yes. Hold on a minute."

She left me at the door. Then shawnez appeared at the door. "Yea what do you want?"

"Why are you still avoiding me?"

She rolled her eyes and sighed. "Becuase I dont know who to believe."

I thought for a couple minutes, searching for the words inside my head. "Honestly I didnt do anything."

I could tell she was thinking about what I was saying. "Okay, I will believe you."

I smiled then she smiled. "Yes let's do something together now," I told her.

Shawnez and I walked down to the park togather. She sat on the swing set. "So did you ever find a drummer?"

I looked down at the ground. "Nope."

"Oh."

"I will help you find one. I know a couple people."

I felt really happy. "Really you would do that?"

She smiled. "Yeah."

"I will see you tomorow during school," she told me.

"Oh right...I'm dropping out of school."

"Oh why?"

"Becuase my grades aren't any good."

Shawnez shrugged. "Um...okay then I will see you after school."

I hugged her and then I watched her leave.

I spent a couple minutes thinking about things. Then I walked home to tell Mike the happy news and also that I was dropping out...
