Green Day obsession, chapter 1
She was obsessed with them. There music was like heaven. She felt like all songs were dedicated to her. She knew it wasn't like that, but she loved Green Day so much. They had to feel that. She had all there cd's and her walls was covered with posters of here favorite band. Every night she cranked up the stereo as loud as it would go and listen to a song that felt right in that moment. Then she would tell all her poster that she loved them. "I love you guys!" she would repeat again and again and again.
Her mum didn't like it very much. "Have you heard there lyrics?" she would say.
What her mum didn't know, was that she knew all the Green Day lyrics by heart. They had touched her and made all her life a bit better. She could now be herself. She didn't give a shit about school. All that is important is what you make out of your life.
"Don't get out of this house if that is the clothes you are going to wear!" Her parents never understood have this black and red fitted her personality.
"You are too young to go to a concert!" they said.
"I am going anyway!" she said and locked herself in her room.
She was standing in the crowd. On the front row. Looking up at her heroes. Singing along on the song she knew so well. Billie would hear her. She was sure of that. He would hear her and then ask her to come backstage and then they would get best friends and see each other every single day. Billie threw his tie out in the crowd. It was coming right towards her. She reached her hands up in the air and got one hand on it. She pulled it, but it was stuck in something. She looked in the other direction where a hand was holding in HER tie.
"Let go! I got it first!" she yelled and pushed the other person, trying to get a hold on the red tie. It smelled like Billie. The other person looked mad at her and pushed back. She fell to the ground. Felt how her hand lost it's hold of the red tie Billie had given to her. A tear fell from her eyes. She couldn't believe it. How could a person steal from her. Billie gave her that tie!
"I SAID HEEEEYOOOO!!!" She could here the audience reply and then felt a foot kicking her in the stomach. Another foot kicked her in the side. She looked up at the blue sky.
"God wants to watch his favorite band again!" she said and then everything turned black.
