I sang, bobbing my head to the beat. I was in my room, just doing nothing really, thinking about everything that had happened. There was a soft knock on the door. I groaned and sat up. I pulled my messy blond hair into a bun and got up.

"Come in!" I said. The door opened and there stood Tre. He had a faint smile on his face.

"Hey." He said, twiddling his thumbs. I looked up at him and waved. He smiled for real this time. He looked around, seeing all my stuff. He just had to look at my awards. His eyes widened as he stared at them.

"Holy shit." He said, rubbing his chin. He had just picked up my dancing award. I had been a dancer since I was five, earning lot's of awards. I usually never let anyone see them, though. He put that one back down and looked at my band awards. He picked up the small silver clarinet shaped trophy.

"Best wind instrument player." He said. I shrugged and looked down. I didn't know how to act around him. Who would if you had a father you never knew? He put that one down and looked at my academic awards. He rubbed his finger over the gold presidential award as he smiled.

"Wow," he finally said. I just sat down on my bed. He sat down next to me. I didn't look at him.

"I never realized how much you looked like me." He said, taking a long look at me. I just simply nodded.

"Except for the faux hawk and the stubble on your chin. Not to mention a dick." I said. He chuckled and shook his head.

"You never know. I may not have them." He said, wiggling his eyebrows. My eyes widened as I scooted farther away from him. He had a serious look on his face before he started to laugh.

"You-You actually believed m-me!" he said. I glared at him and hit him upside the head with a pillow. He sat back down and looked at me.

"This means war." He said. I laughed evilly.
"Come on Tre, you're old. Do you actually think you can beat me?" I said, whacking him upside the head once again. He nodded and hit me back. This continued until Jason, my boyfriend was in my room. Tre stopped and looked at him.

"Hey babe. Who's he?" Jason said, cautiously looking up at the older man jumping on the bed.

"Tre, Tre Cool." He said, kind of like Elvis did. Jason's eyes widened.

"So you're the guy that bitch Tina is in love with." He said. Tre looked at him weirdly.

"Who the hell is Tina?" he asked. I smiled and shook my head.

"This girl that makes fun of us because we're different. She's says she's your biggest fan. I asked her if she knew an album made by you guys that wasn't American Idiot. She said she didn't even know you were in a band." I said. Tre just nodded.

"So you and Jason are friends or something?" he asked, pointing to Jason. I shook my head.

"He's my boyfriend of two years." I said. Tre nodded, not to happily.

"I want ice cream." He said randomly. Jason agreed. These two were going to get along just fine.

"We have some in the fridge." I said, pointing down stairs. Tre smiled and went to go get some. Once he closed the door, Jason looked at me.

"Why is he here?" he asked, dumbfounded. I sighed and scratched my neck.

"Promise not to tell anybody?" I asked. He nodded and kissed me on the forehead.

"Who is he?" he asked, curiously.

"He's, well, Jase, he is my dad."
