The Prom Night That Brought Us Together, chapter 13
They went to Aprils' house and watched some movies. They were all scary, so the thought. Popcorn and drinking pop was what they were eating and drinking during the movie. They even had some candy to go along with it. Time was ticking by, it was about 10:52pm almost 11:00pm. They wanted to get good nights sleep, for tomorrow so they won't look really tired during the gig. Katie slept n the couch and April slept on the floor in a sleeping bag. April was the first to fall asleep. Katie was just thinking about tomorrow. If Billie Joe would still like her, or love her. He didn't get a new girl friend, or did he. So many thought ran through her mind, all-trying to get her attention. She slept it off, she fell asleep.
9:56am the clock showed....
Katie woke up and already seen April cooking breakfast.
"Did you sleep well?" April asked Katie.
Katie walked into the kitchen rubbing her eyes saying," Yea I did, what about you, when did you wake up?"
April flipped over the pancakes and said," Oh, slept well, and I woke up about an hour ago."
Silence floated the room, no one said a word.
April had pancakes on a plate, and they all began to eat. Then they wet into the living room and watched some T.V., while talking.

Time for the gig...
It was reaching time to go to the gig. Katie and April got ready. April and Katie both in their new outfits.
April and Katie walked over to the car and sat down. April began to drive. They reached the gig.
April and Katie walked up front to see their boyfriends play.
Billie Joe walked on stage and so did the other guys and said, "These are our songs that we'll be playing tonight....
1st, Welcome To Paradise
2nd, Maria
3rd, Long View
4th Hitchin' A Ride
And last, pop rocks & Coke.
They began to play all their songs. Everyone had their own feeling towards something.
Then Poprocks & Coke was Billie Joes last song to play.
He said, "Ok, this song is dedicated to m new girl friend Sarah. This song is for you babe."
Katie started to cry, she thought that Billie Joe still loved her, but she knew she was wrong.
Billie Joe was in the middle of his song when he saw her in the crowd.
