The Prom Night That Brought Us Together, chapter 3
Katie was puzzled.
"All these marks are nothing, nothing to worry over." Katie said.
Katie tried to change the subject,"So what are you making good for breakfast?"
Billie Joe got frustrated and said,"Katie don't change the subject, what are all those marks from?"
Katie said, but not wanting to tell,"I can't tell you, it's my problem not yours."
Billie Joe slamed his fist on the table and said,"Come on Katie, you have to tell me. If you tell me then I can help you with whatever it is. Will you please tell me?"
Katie thought about it and said,"Ok fine, but you swear not to tell anyone right?"
Billie Joe replied,"Cross my heart and hope to die, I will not tell a soul."
Katie started to walk back and forth with a tear coming down her cheek,"Ok, I cutted. I did it because I was all alone with no body. When my parents died I was left ll alone. Always running from people that would try to take me in. I didn't want to be hurt again. I lived by myself in an apartment. I had no friends. I did have April for a friend, but she didn't understand me because she had both of her parents, she wasn't alone. None of my family wanted to take me in, not even my own grandmather or grandfather. I was forced to live alone. So I cutted so that I could die and be with my parents. Billie Joe I have to go away for good."
Katie startd to cry and so did Billie Joe.
Billie said to Katie while crying,"Katie I told you that my dad died, and I felt alone. I admit I did have my mom, brothers, and sisters, but it still wasn't the same without my dad. Like when it came to questions and decitions, I couldn't tell my mom, my brothers, or my sisters. Also when people would pick on me at school, I didnt know what to do. But I remembered my dad telling me to fight back if they bother me, never start anything, and when I was little my dad gave me a guitar, its name was Blue. I still have that guitar because when my mind is troubling me or whatever, I will set in my room and play it, it makes me feel better. I really loved my dad. So what I'm going to do and as a promise to my dad, I will be in a band some time and my band will go far. I'll be big. Also have so much money as posible. Plus hopeing to have a wonderful wife and beautiful kids."
They both were finished talking and they kissed, it was so passionitly. They truly did love each other.
Billie Joe wipped her tears and said,"Your nt alone no more, I'm with you, and I will always be with you no matter what."
Katie smiled and then they both ahd there breakfast.

It has been 6 months for Billie Joe and Katie dating. Also it has been 10 months for April and Tre have been dating.
Katie made a call to April and said,"Hey do you and Tre want to go to lunch with me and Billie Joe?"
April said,"Yea, sure. What time and were at?"
Katie thought about it and said," How about Mikes Caffe' and how about in an hour which will be at 12:00pm?"
April said to Katie on the phone,"Ok, yea sure I'll go and so will Tre, and if he doesn't want to go, then I'll make him go."
Katie said with a giggle,"Ok."
Then they both hanged up the phone.
"Hey babe." Billie Joe said to Katie.
Katie laughed and did a play punch in his left arm and said,"Hey whats up?"
Billie Joe preteneded that he was crying from that punch and said,"Ouch that hurt, but anyway nothing much, so are we going to the Caffe with April and Tre?"
Katie said in reply,"Yea were going."
Katie and Billie Joe got dresses f what they were going to wear. They Both had really nice clothes on. April and Tre also wore something nice too. They got to the resturant and took a seat. Soon enough April and Tre came.
April said to Billie Joe and Katie,"Hey guys, whats up?"
Billie Joe and Katie both said at the same time,"Nothing much, what about you?"
Tre replied for him and April,"Nothing much either.
Katie changed the subject and said."Luckly tomarrow is our last day of school. I'm so glad to get out of there."
They all agreed.
Then Billie Joe asked Tre he said,"Do you want to tell them the big news Tre?"
Tre shooked his head yes.
Tre began to ramble on,"Well me and Billie Joe are having a band now. It's going to me on the drums, Billie Joe on the electric guitar, and we found a guy name Mike to play base. I invited Mike to come to lunch with us."
Right when Tre was saying that Mike came walking in.
Mike said ,"Hi, who are the other people?"
Billie Joe introduced Katie and said,"Hey Mike, this is my girl freind Katie."
Both Mike and Katie said,"Hi."
Then Tre said,"Hi Mike, this is my girl friend April."
April and Mike both said,"Hi."
Then they began to order there lunch when the waitress came by.
"Yea, I'll have a cheeseburger, also a Root Beer to drink." Katie said.
Billie Joe kept looking at his menu and finally said,"I"ll have you wedding soup and I will also have Root Beer to drink."
April then replied,"I will have a slice of pizza and a Pespi to drink."
Then Tre ordered,"I'll have a hot dog, with Moutain Dew to drink."
Finally the last order came from Mike,"I"ll have a chicken dinner, with Sprite to drink."
Then the lady went into the kitchen to give the cheif the order. 15 minutes went by and the lady came back with there order. She handed then there food and drinks and they began to eat. When they were done, they all left, but they did pay there bill.
They all left and said,"Good Bye," to each other.
Billie Joe gave a smile to Katie when they arrived to the house. Katie knew what he was thinking.
