What's a Band Like You Doing in a Crappy Place Like This?, chapter 7
"Everyone settled in?" Billie Joe asked Raphealia. She nodded as she let Zyta go in the preserve where the wolves were.
"I'm glad you're going with us," Mike gushed to her.
"Yeah, so am I, I just really hope I'm not going to be a burden," she said shyly.
"You won't be, trust me," Tré said jumping into the conversation.
"Ok cool, what do you think Billie Joe? Will I be a burden?" she yelled to him.
"Yes, we all hate you, you cannot come," he said with a dead serious face that morphed into a smile.
"Thank you, now I know I'm going."
"You better be," Mike smiled at her as they turned the key over and it miraculously started.
"Cool, let's go, you can teach me some stuff about my powers, I need it," Mike said taking her hand and leading her to the back of the bus. She picked up a random spoon and set it on the bed they were sitting on.
"Move this spoon, slowly at first, don't rush it," she instructed. Mike looked at the spoon as it started to move in a sort of fluttering motion.
"Stop rushing it," she said. He calmed down and watched as the spoon moved a little and the door flung open. The spoon dropped and Raphealia spun around to be welcomed by Tré's lips. She pulled away instantly and made a sick face.
"Gross!" she squealed and jumped on the bed by Mike.
"I don't taste that nasty!" Tré retaliated.
"Anyway, what do you want?" Mike laughed as Raphealia clung to him.
"We don't know how to get out of here, Raphy, help us!" Tré pleaded.
"Raphy?" she questioned.
"Yeah, that's your nickname now."
"Fair enough," she said while walking out the door. Both Mike and Tré were watching her walk away to help Billie Joe get out of here.
"What the heck did you have to go and do that for Tré!" Mike yelled while he slammed the door shut.
"I'm sorry, it was seriously an accident," Tré blabbered, afraid of Mike's fury.
"Ugh, Tré, you're going to get in trouble one of these days, just don't do it again," he said walking away. Tré watched him hug Raphealia from behind, and sighed.

"All right, we're at the stadium, you stay backstage and we'll perform.... be careful for teenies though," Mike said to Raphealia. She nodded shyly and looked out at the stadium, whoa, that's a lot of people! They ran out on stage and instantly started to play. The stadium seemed to erupt with cheers.
She smiled and laughed as Billie Joe started to get into the song, a lot. Mike looked at her and smiled. She blew him a kiss; he puckered his lips and sent her an imaginary kiss. She smiled and they continued playing.
"What do you think?" Billie Joe asked Raphealia as they got off stage. She smiled and nodded.
"Brace yourself ok? We'll try my best to protect you but there are going to be teenies that are gonna try and taunt you ok Raphy?" Tré asked. She nodded and sat on Mike's lap as the people with the backstage passes walked in. Sure enough, there were a group of four girls that had not one thing Green Day on, they were wearing... pink?
"Hello, we are Green Day," Billie Joe smiled. The teenies gave him a flirtiest wave and grin. He just ignored them and they couldn't believe they were just dissed.
"Eck, who's that?" one of them said, pointing at Raphealia.
"That's Mike's girlfriend, Raphealia," he said threatenly.
"That's a pretty name," one of the other girls (who weren't teenies) said.
"Thank you, what's your name?" Raphealia asked her.
"Emily," she said shyly.
"Cool name, at least your name is normal," she joked.
"Have a seat Emily," Tré said patting the cushion next to him. She kind of looked at him weirdly.
"Don't worry, you're too young for my taste," he smiled. She just shrugged and sat down.
"So, you play an instrument?" Billie Joe asked.
"Bass, flute, and violin, the violin part, I was forced against my will, but I'm good at it," she smiled.
"Cool, you're awesome, you play bass," Mike said. Raphealia giggled and kissed him.
"Eeew, save that for later puh-lease," one of the other teenies said.
"At least we aren't having a whole make out session," Raphealia snapped at them.
"Raphy, it's ok calm down," Billie Joe patted her leg. She smiled and cuddled up to Mike.
"So.... I'm hungry, who wants to go get some food?" Tré asked.
"Food sounds good, wanna come Emily?" Raphealia said yawning. Mike chuckled and took this chance to hug her from behind.
"Hello babe," she chuckled.
"Hello, how are you?"
"Tired, I think you'll have to carry me to the restaurant," she said dramatically. Mike picked her up bridal style and laughed.
"I wasn't literal babe," she giggled.
"I know, but it sounded like fun."
"Ok, you can put me down now, we're at the bus," she giggled.
"Fine!" he said like a drag queen.
"You know I love you."
"I love you too," Mike said while nuzzling her cheek.
And how I wished you loved me, Tré thought.
"I'm glad you're going with us," Mike gushed to her.
