Kiss The Demons Out Of My Dreams, chapter 3

The Next Morning-

‘Good Morning’, Tre said as he made his way into the kitchen. He walked up behind Steph and put his hands up in her shoulders and massaged them as he leaned onto her and red the paper over her shoulder.
‘Morning Tre. Take a seat’, she gave almost as an order. He did so and kept his arms around her, before he noticed Mike was in the same room and took them off of her.
‘Did you sleep well last night?’, he asked her, letting his hands drop behind her back.
‘Yep. Did you?’, she asked back, not noticing that he was playing with the ends f her hair.
‘Yeah, it was alright I guess. Your sisters a heavy sleeper’, he told her, resting his free arm on the counter, ‘Did you read the letter?’, he whispered to her, noticing Mike’s eyes were piercing though him.
‘Not yet Tre’, she said tiredly, turning the pages of the paper over, ‘I couldn’t go to bad last night. Didn’t both of you hear the gun shot?’, she asked curiously. The two boys looked at eachother and shook their heads, before looking back at her.
‘No, why was there one?’, Mike asked her, concerningly. Steph nodded her head and turned the paper over to the last page. Mike put his head down and started reading again, knowing that his sister didn’t want to continue with the conversation.

‘So are you doing anything today?’, Tre asked her quietly. She looked over at him, and fixed his collar up with her free hand.
‘I’m spending the day with Billie’, she told him. Tre’s eyes started to rage at the mention of that name, but he kept his cool and smiled it off.
‘And tonight?’, he asked her, wanting the conversation to continue. She looked at him sideways and smiled sweetly.
‘Depends how long were out for’, she told him, flirtingly, even though she didn’t mean for it to come out that way. Tre let his eyes wander around the room, and then let them set back onto her.
‘You two been shopping for the formal?’, he asked nervously, not knowing what she was going to answer next. She took her hand and laid it on top of his with out Mike noticing.
‘Yep, been planning for it over the last like 10 months’, she told him, ‘You and Ash still up for it?’.
Tre nodded his head before he answered her. They spoke for a while longer before there was a knock at the door.
‘Well that’s for me’, she said, getting up and saying goodbye before she went for the door.

-In the city with Billie-Joe-

‘Hey listen, I’m sorry about last night. I shouldn’t have woken you up for something as small as that’, he told her apologetically. Steph put her arm around him as they continued walking.
‘Its alright, it was bothering you. You got it out into the open and we kinda talked about it. Its better than bottling it all up’, she told him calmly.
‘So we still going to see hide and seek?’, he asked her. Steph nodded and led Billie away to the door behind the ticket sales at the cinemas. One of the greatest advantages of working at the cinemas was getting into movies free. That’s one of the many reason Steph started working there. She crept Billie-Joe into the back office room which led them to the cinema hall. Now all they had to go was walk down to the correct cinema number.
‘We’re in cinema 6 right?’, she asked him. Billie nodded and took her hand as she walked him over to the screening. She closed the door behind them and put up a ‘cleaning’ sign on the door, so that the whole cinema was to themselves.
‘Take a seat, I’ll go put the projector on’, she told him, walking up to the little room to set it all up. She dimmed the lights as usual for a cinema experience and then went back down to where Billie was seated.

‘Nice seats’, she said jokingly when she went to sit down with him. It was the usual they always had when they came here. Billie put the arm rest up and let Steph cuddle into him while the movie previews started.
‘You still cool, about going to the formal with me?’, he asked her. Steph looked up at him and nodded.
‘Of course I am. Come on Billie, we’ve only planned it for like the last how long’, she said sarcastically.
‘Good. Cos you’re the only girl I would go with’, he told her, putting his arm around her. She snuggled in nice and close to him while the movie started.

-Mid-way though the movie-

Both teenagers had their eyes fully focused on the screen. The room went awfully dark as on of the characters was about to enter someplace forbidden.
‘Billie’, Steph said, quietly trying to get his attention.
‘Yeah’, he replied keeping his eyes on the screen. She leant over and kissed him gently.
‘I love you’, she said sweetly before she returned back to her original position.
‘You too’, he said, turning his head to kiss her, without taking his eyes off the screen. She looked up at him, wanting his attention, but obviously she wasn’t going to get it.
‘Did you hear the gun shot last night?’, she asked him softly, letting her fingers run up and down his front.
‘What gun shot, oh, gun shot yeah I heard one why?’, he answered her, his eyes still not leaving the heavy black screen.
‘Just wondering’, she told him, undoing his shirt buttons. This had to get his attention.
‘You staying over tonight?’, she asked him curiously this time wanting an adequate answer, as she unbuttoned more and more of his shirt.
‘You mean after the formal?’, he asked, this time noticing what was happening.
‘Yeah, tonight’, she replied, giving his a kiss, as she rubbed his chest under where she had just unbuttoned his shirt. She let her nails slightly dig into him. Billie let his head tilt back slowly so that she could move up to around his neck. Slowly she did so, not taking her eyes off of him. How much she now wanted something to happen between them. How much she just wanted to forget about the world around her.

‘When’s the formal start. 7.30?’, he asked her, looking over at her. She was crawled completely over him, like a cat cuddling up to its master. She blinked a few times and smiled cutely letting her deep brown eyes watch over him.
‘Yeah 7.30. Why?’, she asked slowly, getting off of him. She sat back down in her seat and put the arm rest down, knowing now she had stuffed up every chance of getting a little closer with her guy.

‘The limo’s going to be out the front at 7’, he told her kissing her check. He continued until he found himself travelling down her neck to her collar bone. Steph closed her eyes and let Billie let his affection take over.
He broke away from her as he started to notice what he was doing.
‘I’m sorry, I didn’t think......’, he was cut off by the touch of lips locking again.
‘Its alright, I liked it’, she told him, making the kiss deeper and more affectionate. Slowly to two broke off as they noticed the movie was ending.
‘So, should we go home and get ready?’, he asked. Steph didn’t take her eyes off him, she just watched him closely, and not wanting the moment they just had to end.
‘Steph’, said again. She clicked back into reality, noticing where they were again.
‘Yeah Bill?’, she asked, wanting the question to be repeated. He looked over her and smiled.
‘We going home now?’, he asked her. She started to smile as she noticed little things about him; she didn’t before, like how he was going red with nervousness when ever she leaned over to him.
‘Yeah, I gotta take my time getting ready’, she said, as they two got up and left through the back exit..
