I made diner and soon it was time to go get Jake.
"Boy's I'm going to go get Jake now, be back soon," I called upstairs to them.
"Bye, bye Mom."
"Bye Adie."
"Bye," I called back and went to the car.
Soon I was at Golden crown school and waiting for Jake outside his classroom.
The bell rang and all the classroom doors open Jake sped out and ran to me. I bent down to hug him.
"Hi Mommy!" Jake hugged me and I picked him up.
"Look what I did!" Jake waved a picture in my face.
"Oh honey it's beautiful." I smiled.
"It's for you!" Jake handed me the picture.
"Thank you Jake, now I'm going to but that up in my office," I beamed.
"Guess what buddy?"
"What?" Jake asked as I strapped him into the car.
"I have a surprise for you at home!" I rubbed noses with Jake.
"Really! What is it?" Jake asked excitedly.
"Now if I tell you it wouldn't be a surprise." I beamed
We soon got home and Jake raced to the homes.
"Where is the surprise Mommy?" Jake asked me.
"It's in Joey's room," I replied and followed Jake to Joey's room.
I watched as Jake opened the door.
"Dad," Jake screamed and ran over to Billie, who was playing on the Play-station with Joey.
"Hey Buddy," Billie hugged Jake.
"Are you home now Daddy?" Jake asked still hugging Billie.
"No Jakey I'm going back to Mike's tomorrow," Billie said sadly.
"I missed you Daddy."
"I missed you too Jakey."
"Are you on tour then?" Jake asked because he didn't really understand why Billie had gone away.
"Yeah it's something like that!" Billie smiled.
"You wanna play with us Jake?" Joey asked.
"Yeah," Jake replied happily to be included.
"Boys," I called from the door.
All three of them turned and looked at me. The three of them were sat on the floor Billie sat in one beanbag with Jake on his lap and Joey sat on a separate one.
"Dinner will be ready soon."
I couldn't help but smile as they all had the same look on their face.
"Thanks mom," Jake replied in unison with Joey.
Dinner was son ready and I called to the boys.
"Billie, Joey, Jakey dinner."
I went into the dining room and sat down at my seat and began to pick over my food. I had decided that we needed to tell the boy's about the baby but first I needed to speak to Billie Joe. The boys came in with Billie.
"I wanna sit next to Dad!" Jake whined
"But that's my seat I always sit there, you ALWAYS sit next Mom," Joey huffed.
"But I wanna sit next to Dad." Jake pouted.
"Jake just come on take my seat next to Dad," I sighed getting up and moving round to the other side of the table on my own.
"Thanks Mom," Jake beamed.
We soon finished dinner over another discussion of the fight. I cleared the plates away and the boys we felling generous and help my wash and clean up.
"Ok Jake I need you to go have a bath." I said turning to Jake.
"But Mom can't I stay with Dad and Joey and watch TV?" Jake pleaded.
"You can after you have had a bath."
"It's not fair isn't Joey having a bath?"
"Yes Jakey after you." I rolled my eyes.
"Well can't I watch TV while you run the bath?"
"Fine," I huffed blowing my hair out of my face.
I marched upstairs and ran a bath in the matter of minutes.
"Jakey come on baths ready!" I called.
"Mom five minutes please?"
"JAKOB NOW!"
Jake stomped upstairs.
"Boy's I'm going to go get Jake now, be back soon," I called upstairs to them.
