Bleed to Love Her, chapter 5
"Charlotte? That's you're real name?" Mike asked, running his finger down the tattoo that ran down her right shoulder to her mid-upper arm. Sayako nodded, and she turned away from him.
"No one is supposed to know my name except for the people who are close to me..."
"But what about me?"
"I'm still getting to know you, but don't lose yourself over the fact that you only love me through that whole 'love-at-first-sight' thing, and that you're not necessarily close to me."
"But, Char-" she put her fingers over his lips.
"Please continue to call me Sayako for my safety," she said, kissing his cheek lightly.
"Sayako...to me, it's more than love at first sight to me. Adrienne told me loads about you, except she said she had to keep something along the lines of a 'family secret' quiet. But I want to know more about you..."
"I know you do, Michael. But I have to keep that last secret a secret. If it gets out, my life would end."
"Please, Sayako, don't keep anything from me," he said, with his eyes welling with tears. "I've never been in this much love with someone."
"I'm sorry, Michael...I can't tell you," with that, she kissed his cheek and left the room. He saw a white feather where she had been, and his thoughts were racing as to how it got there.

"Charlotte..." said Adrienne, seeing her sister on the rooftop.
"Mike knows..."
"YOU TOLD HIM ABOUT YOUR CONDITION?"
"NO! HE ONLY KNOWS MY REAL NAME!"
"Oh...but we're still keeping this a secret, right?"
"Well, no shit, Adrienne...jeez. And I was just about to tell him about it..."
"Uh, Charlotte?"
"...But no, I have to keep this stupid family secret a secret..."
"CHARLOTTE MARIE NESSER!"
"WHAT?"
"Your eyes are golden yellow..."
"But...but...damn it! I just had to be a fraternal twin!"

There was a sudden lurch in Mike's stomach, and he got up to puke. Only, it wasn't necessarily puke, more like a black substance.
"Damn it, when will those demons leave me alone?" he looked at the feather Sayako had left behind, and it burned his hand slightly. "Oh...now I know what she is..." he sank his head into his hands, knowing what he had to do with people like her. "I can't kill her, I fucking love her..."
"Well, that's too bad," came the voice of an all too familiar teenager with black hair that fell to his elbows.
"What do you want, Envy?"
"You know what ya gotta do, or else Daunte will let you suffer the pain that you were supposed to go through for being a himonculus," the teenager known as 'Envy'.
"I can't kill her...I love her so much, she's my friend!"
"We let you pass by not killing Billie Joe, Tré, Jason, and Adrienne. Daunte will kick your ass if you need someone else on the 'Do Not Kill' list, she's already stretching her limit with us as it is."
"Tell her to stretch it further."
"I absolutely will not! Besides, that Sayako is a type of our enemy," came the voice of Daunte.
"I don't care, I'm not tearing her back open!" Mike felt Daunte swipe her hand across his face, making him hit the floor. She kicked him in the stomach, and then she shoved him against the wall.
"Just be thankful that I won't kill you, just because you're one of my favorite himonculi," she said, with rage growing in her voice. She punched him hard in the stomach, and left him in pain as she fled along with Envy.

"Hey, you hear that?" Sayako put her ear to the roof, hearing a soft cry from downstairs. "Mike's in pain..." she jumped down from the roof, and she peered into his window. She crawled through, tripping on the sill, she fell on top of him. "Mike, are you okay?"
"I'm alright," he said, trying to hide the mark that was appearing on his wrist. He wrapped his arms around her, despite the pain that shot through his fingertips, and kissed her neck. "I love you..."
She looked back at him, and she had just remembered that her eyes were still a golden-yellow tinge. She looked away, but he brought her back to his gaze and kissed her deeply. He lost himself within the kiss and led his hands to the curve of her waist.
"Michael..." she pulled away, but she kept her arms around his neck. "Is there something you want to tell me?"
"Other than 'I love you'? Sayako, there's nothing more to tell you..." he softly sang the chorus of Redundant into her ear.
"C'mon, you have a show to do tomorrow, so let's get some sleep," she got up, and she laid down on the bed, and she closed her eyes, knowing she was in his arms, and couldn't be happier.
