"Where were you...." Sarah and Kirstin said over the loud music.
"Uhmm...giving Billie good luck..?"
"Annndd...."
"And what..?"
"UGH! NEVER MIND!" Kirstin said with a laugh.
We all jumped to the front of the stage, when I bumped into a girl knocking us both over.
*Billie's POV*
As I was into the bridge for '16' I noticed the girls bump into someone. I still kept my mind on the music, but what really caught my eye was that one girl. She was really pretty. She had dreadlocks and she looked pretty punk. I couldn't see anything much because it was pretty dark, but I couldn't get her off of mind the whole night. She had a really beautiful smile.
-After the show-
"You guys were so good!"
Whatsername came and hugged me after we put the stuff in the van.
"Uhm, thanks." I was hardly focused because I was searching for that girl.
"Excuse me for a minute." I kissed Whatsername on the cheek and ran back inside.
I searched for her, when I finally found her walking out with a few of her girlfriends.
"Uhm, excuse me...can I have a word?"
Her friends looked at me and giggled. She smiled her perfect smile at me and nodded. They pushed her towards me and we walked off.
"You needed to talk to me?" She said looking me in the eye.
I could see her more, she had really nice brown eyes, and they seemed to almost twinkle when the light hit them.
"I-I uhm, I n-noticed you in the crowed when you g-got knocked over, and uhm...yeah.."
She laughed, "Well thank you for taking interest in my health."
I slightly smiled, to nervous to say anymore.
"So, I enjoyed your show. Your a really good guitarist and singer."
"T-Thanks. Do you play any instruments?"
"Yeah, I play a bit of the drums."
"Oh, that's really cool."
"Yeah I guess."
-1 hour later-
"..So uhm I'll see you later." I handed her a piece of paper with my number, and had her number in my hand.
She nodded.
"Bye Billie Joe."
"You can call me Billie."
She smiled again, "Alright."
"Okay, bye Adrienne."
"Bye."
I watched her walk away as she hummed the tune to Paper Lanterns.
I sighed and slowly walked towards the van.
"Adrienne." I whispered to myself dreamily.
"Uhmm...giving Billie good luck..?"
