Welcome to This Odd Paradise, chapter 15
All of a sudden, there was a knock at the door. Tre fell over as Rae got up and walked over to the stairs and made her way to the door. She opened it up and two other girls were standing at the door. One was tall and thin with dark brown hair. She had on jeans with slits and fishnets showing, and the other was short and skinny with a huge hoody on.
"Hey guys, why did you knock?" Rae said to the tall one.
"I lost my key.." she said sheepishly.
"Ugh fine come in...Oh by the way I have a suprise for the both of you," Rae announced.
"If its male strippers I'm out of here.." The tall one said.
"No, its better! Follow me downstairs," Rae said as she opened the basement door.
They all walked down the stairs and looked around. Nobody was there, except in the corner, Mike was playing one of the basses he found and he was turned around so nobody could see his face in his position. Before the short girl and Rae could even blink, the tallest girl ran over to Mike (still un-aware of his identity) and grabbed his shoulder, turned him around and punched his face.
"Teach you to touch my bass you assho-...." She saw his face and put her hand to her mouth.
"I...am...so...SORRY!" She knelt down and discovered he was out cold. She turned around and stormed up to Rae and started screaming at her, "How could you let me do that?! Whats wrong with you why didn't you tell me Mike Dirnt was in your goddam house?"
"Well it's not just Mike that's here..." Rae said.
Both of her friends became silent.
"Are you fucking serious?" The short one finally said.
"Yeah," Rae said as Tre, Billie and Adie came downstairs with more food like chips and soda, and then they looked over at an unconcious Mike and just kindof sat there in silence.
Tre walked up to Rae and put his arm around her waste and asked her, "Who is this? Are these two in your band?"
"No fucking way." The tall girl said. "You gotta be kidding me. You can't sit there and say your dating thee Tre Cool, and the rest of Green Day and Adie just decided to stop at your house for a visit.." She ranted.
"Well I met them at that jungle thing I told you about, which turned out to be a complete waste of time," Rae answered.
"I'm still waiting for an answer," Tre said just loud enough for Rae to hear.
"Um, well this one is Amanda, but we call her Spot," She said as she pointed to the tall one. "And this is Jesse," she said as she pointed to the shorter one.
"And yes, they are my band. Spot plays bass and Jesse is the lead guitarist and singer. We actually have a gig tonight at that place down the street if you want to come." Rae said to Billie, Tre and Adie as they all shook eachother's hand's.
All of a sudden they heard a creek and everyone turned around to see Mike trying to crawl up the stairs and he started moaning.
"Oh my god Mike we are so sorry!" Spot shreiked as she started running towards him and he rolled over and shouted "No stay back Devil Woman!"
"I didn't mean it I'm just overprotective I'm sorry..." She tried to explain but Mike was cowaring on the bottom step.
"Let me make it up to you, come watch us play tonight I'm so sorry," She rambled on.
"Yeah suck it up Mike," Tre added.
