She's A Rebel, chapter 1
**Mary's POV**
"She's a rebel
She's a saint
She's salt of the earth
And she's dangerous
She's a rebel... ... ... ... "
"Mary time to wake up."
"Just a few more minutes mom."
"You're gonna be late for school."
"Fine I'll get up."I had just woken up from a dream about the Green Day concert I am going to over the weekend. I'm so happy especially since I'm old enough to go without my mom, and I get to go with my friends. I got out of bed got dressed. I grabbed my backpack and CD player with the American Idiot CD inside.
"Mary I need to tell you something at dinner."
"Ok mom."
When I got to school I met up with my friends, Meg and Ally who are twins. We are all excited about the Green Day concert over the weekend. I told them we couldn't have practice for our band Ultimate Rebels today because my mom wanted to tell me something at dinner. Meg and Ally said that was ok because they couldn't go anywhere after school. At lunch Ally and Meg asked me to IM them saying what my mom told me. Then Ally and Meg told me why they couldn't go anywhere after school. When I got home my mom told me dinner would be redy at six. I got on the computer in my room to IM Ally and Meg, we talked about random stuff. Then mom called me down for dinner. Dinner was really quiet until half way through mom started to ask me questions. I answered all of them then she said something really quickly. I told her I didn't hear the last thing. Then she said, "Honny, you were adopted." She said that my real mom would like to meet me. My mom said she knew my real mom's name so she could contact her. She said my real mom's name is Elizabeth. Then I asked about my real dad. My mom said all she knew was that he is still alive and that my real mom knew more about him like who he is. Then my mom told me that I am supposed to meet my real mom on the same day as the Green Day concert. I asked if it could be in the morning, she said she would check.
**My Mom's POV**
I finally told Mary she was adopted. I am going to check to see if they could meet in the morning because Mary really wants to go to that concert. I would hate for her to miss it.
**Mary's POV**
My mom told me not to tell anyone because Elizabeth doesn't want anyone to know.
I told Ally and Meg that I couldn't tell them what my mom told me.
**Elizabeth's POV**
Mary's mom, Amy, just called asking if Mary and I could meet in the morning because Mary didn't want to miss the Green Day concert. I told her that would be great. I have a present she will love.
