Blue Eyed Monster ( A Tre Cool Story), chapter 1
I rolled out of bed and walked into the bathroom. I looked at myself in the mirror. My auburn brown hair was tied into a knot, my eyeliner was smudged into cracks under my eyes, and my lips were longing to be kissed. Oh well it wasn't going to get much better than this.
I turned the water on in the shower and climbed in. I washed my hair and soaped up. I got out and got ready to go to college.
I blew my hair out straight, put my makeup on, pulled jeans, an ACDC tee, and a hoodie on. I turned around and saw Zach laying in my bed. He looked so innocent in the morning. I curled up next to him and gave him a kiss on the cheek.
"Arggh why couldnt your class start later?" Zach said opening his eyes and wrapping his arms around my neck.
"Umm I don't know. But I'll think about you through my entire class."
I leaned down and kissed him.
"Thanks Kal." Zach said getting out of bed.
"I'll call you later. I have to get going or I'll b late to school." I said grabbing my report off of the printer, threw it in my bag, and opened the door.
"Bye Kallie." Zach said getting in the shower.
I walked down the hall of our apartments down to my car. I opened the door to the outside world and was smacked in the face by a cold wall of air. My eyes started to water and my face went numb. I ran to my car and got in. I turned the heater on and pulled out of the parking lot.
I started down the street to NYU, my college. I turned off of my street and saw a guy sitting by a tree in black Dickies and a Green day shirt on. I pulled up next to where he was sitting.
"Hey do you need a ride somewhere?" I asked sticking my head out into the cold air outside.
"Where are you going?" the stranger asked.
"I'm headed to NYU. I can drop you off somewhere but please let me take you somewhere." I yelled ou the window.
"Okay." So the stranger ran towards the car. I reached across and opened the door for him.
"Thanks. By the way I'm Tre." He said.
I looked up and was automatically lost in his blue eyes.
"I-I'm Kallie.But my friends call me Kal." I said wishing I had never picked him up.
"Cool." Tre said.
"Can I go to your class with you? I really don't feel like sitting somewhere by myself." Tre said his blue eyes looked like they were serious.
"Yeah but just lay low."
I pulled onto campus and got out of the car. Tre and I walked to class. I was about ten minutes early so I took a seat at the back, so my professor wouldn't notice, and called Zach.
"Hey hun." I said talking low so know one else could hear me.
"Hey. Do you know where my name badge is?" Zach asked sounding worried.
"Umm check the kitchen. Babe you know how we were supposed go to dinner tonight? Just the two of us?"
"Yeah?" Zach I could here throwing things around.
"Well I have to work on something with Kary tonight so I can't go." I said trying to sound sad. But really I was hoping Tre would go with me.
"Oh well we'll have to re-schedule. I have to go okay?" Zach told me that but he sounded mad.
"Okay I love you. " I replied secretly so happy.
"Uh-huh bye." the line went dead and I put my cell phone away in my purse.
"Hey Tre?" I turned to ask Tre something.
"Yeah?" He asked.
"Do you want to go to dinner with me tonight? If you don't want to it's okay." I said staring into his deep blue eyes.
"Kally come on. Why dinner you know your just going to end up sleeping with me lets skip the dinner. " Tre said with puppy dog eyes.
" Wow you've got some nerve Tre. But we'll have a light dinner then." I ended with that seeing as how my teacher had just walked in.
During his whole discussion on lawyers and their ways I was thinking about dinner with Tre tonight.
After class was over I dropped Tre off at the Hard Rock Cafe where he asked me to drop him off. I gave him my adress and told him to pick me up at 7:30.
"Bye Tre see you tonight." I said couting down the hour in my mind. Just then he leaned in and gave me a long, hard, passionate kiss.
"We'll see how long Zach lasts."
With that said Tre was gone. Until tonight.
