THE WEDDING, PART ONE

ok, this is a two part bit....the first part is oh so short. I have the rest written, but im not gonna post it till i get some comments.

*******THE DAY OF THE WEDDING*******

Oh shit. The big day was finally here. Well, until Billie Joe proposed, I thought this day would never actually come. Breathe. Breathe. Breathe. Breathe. AAGH!!! Well, so far things were going alright. The catering service arrived on time and the band was setting up on the stage. The cake was currently in the kitchen, finished and stunning. Rachel had picked up my dress, the priest was 5 minutes away, and pretty much everything else was going to plan. Despite everything being "perfect", I couldn't help believing that something was going to go wrong. Oh my god, something was going to go wrong. Something big. Today's going to be ruined. Oh god, I'm going insane. I'm insecure. I'm paranoid. I'm... talking to myself about being physco. At least people weren't supposed to start arriving for another hour and a half, so I wouldn't have to talk to relatives I hardly knew. Also, I'd have time to get over my feelings of doubt about today. Rachel was with me in my room, trying to convince me everything would be alright. Later she would have to go out and greet people as they arrived. She was such a great friend; hugging me when I needed it, encouraging me when I was feeling doubtful, and helping me pull everything together for today. I sighed. And then sat down. Rachel glanced at her watch and left the room. It was time for her to greet guests and shit. I fixed my hair quickly and started to draw on my eyeliner. Sure, it was my wedding, but that didn't mean I had to go all girly. After the eyeliner I decided to make an effort and applied large amounts of eye shadow. I sat down, and adjusted my dress a little. Five or so minutes passed with me doing nothing but staring off into space, my mind black and my face expressionless. All of a sudden, Rachel walked in looking pale.
"What's wrong Rachina?" I asked, getting up and walking over to her.
"Well, erm, some people want to see you." she said. Two fairly old people walked in. One male, and one female. I presumed they were a couple.
"Who, who are they?" I asked, looking at Rachel with a quizzical look on my face.
"They-"she managed to get out before she was interrupted by the man.
"We're your parents." he said pointedly. "And we're here to take you home with us."
