Ace's in the sky., chapter 1
Its was the year 2009 when Green Day were all sitting together. When Tre Cool was trying to find a pass for three in bags of candy to have a day to fly around in military planes down at the local airport. Billie Joe and Mike were both getting ready for a concert when out from the main room of the R. V. Came a scream, it was Tre who had somehow found the pass. After the concert, Billie, Mike, and Tre all headed down to the airport to meet up with the fighter planes. When they got there, Tre asked impatiently when they could start flying, Billie had told him after they signed the papers to allow them to get in the planes, Billie had not however read the fine print on the papers, it said "All who sign this paper are now signed up for the U. S. Air force, and are ordered to start training." of corse, it was already to late to not sign them out. When they started to fly around, Mike saw a little bit of paper inside his plane, and so he told Billie and Tre about the bit of paper he had found and Tre wanted to know what it said, so Mike told them, "if you are in this plane, you are now part of the U. S. Air force and are ordered to land right away." and so they did. When they got on the ground, Tre went up to the highest rank person he could find, to yell at. However it was no use, they were part of the air force now.
15 minutes later
From Tre's point of view.
Damn! I yelled, that no good son of a fu- I was interrupted by Mike, who said "yelling and swearing doesn't fix everything Tre." ok, what do you think of this Billie?
Billie's point of view.
"Mike's right Tre." I had said before Tre could finish his sentence. I like this just as much as yo- a loud speaker came on just then, "All new pilots, this is base commander Alvin. H Davenport, you are requested to come down to my office at once on the double!" we all did as it said. Tre in front, myself in the back.
30 minutes later
Alvin's point of view.
Alright people, you are going to start training tomorrow at 4:00AM sharp! You will meet me here at 3:30AM. Dismissed! Tre began to stomp off, before he left I yelled "Mr. Cool you will stay here." Mr. Armstrong, Mr. Dirnt, you are free to go.
Mike's point of view.
How do you know who we are? The base commander then said "How do I know who you are?! Simple, I have every Green Day album ever put out on the market, I'm a huge fan of yours." I'm glad to hear that, I had told him, they Billie and I went back to our room. Tre came in at about 4:30 and I had asked him why he had to stay, he told me this "oh that? That big headed base commander wanted to know how to play some songs." well? What did you teach him? " I just showed him a few songs."
The next morning at around 3:15Am
Tre's point of view
I woke up and wondered were I was, when I finally got tuned into everything, I woke up Billie and Mike I had told them to hurry, as we had to be at the base commander's office by 3:30. When we got to the office, we were greeted by Mr. Bighead base commander himself and he had said "Hello my young pilots! Today we will learn about a plane and will be having a test, so listen up!" when we got to class, I didn't want to listen to everything, so I just slept while Alvin was talking. Now then, lets skip all the boring stuff and move to when it gets better.
2 months later
In the air.
"This is Billie calling control tower, request talk off clearance"- this is tower to Billie, you have take off clearance, go up and give 'em hell!"
"Roger, this is Billie taking off."
3 ½ minutes later
Tre's point of view.
We were all in the air trying to get as many kills as possible, Billie, Mike, and I were already the best fighter pilots in the U. S. Then the unthinkable happened, Billie had an enemy plane on his tail that he couldn't shake, so I went over to help him, but by the time I got there, the enemy pilot had shot down the best ace in the world, Billie Joe. "Mike, did you see that! Billie went down!" I yelled into the radio, "We have to help him, call back to base!" Mike had said. So I did.
1 ½ hours later
Billie's point of view.
I woke up and was in pain all over my body, I tried to see were I was, but I had no luck, then I saw my plane on the ground and wondered what had happened, so I radioed in to base, but there was no reply, so I though that the antenna in my plane was busted. As I went to the back of my plane to get the little hand-held radio, I must of slipped or something, but I can't remember anything else.
1 ½ weeks later
Mike's point of view.
Tre and I were in our room still worrying about Billie, so we went down to Alvin's office for a consult. We were going to go out and look for Billie. When we got down to Alvin's office, he asked us why we were there. So I told that we were going up to look for Billie.
16 minutes later
Looking for Billie.
Tre's point of view.
"Hey Mike, this is Tre, see anything down there?" I asked Mike. "No, not yet, but kee- there's his plane! He must be around there somewhere." So I sent in the coordinates to base to send out a search and rescue helicopter.
4 minutes later
Rescue helicopter pilots point of view.
It was about 4 minutes after Tre had sent in the coordinates to Billie Joe. No one really new if Billie was still at the wreck site or not, but for some reason, I just thought that Billie might be in danger or something. I don't know why I thought that, I just did.
11 minutes later
At the wreck site.
Rescuer's point of view.
When I got down by Billie's plane, I looked around and saw Billie on the ground. I called up the helicopter the lower the rescue basket to put Billie in. When I got Billie Joe into the helicopter, we then found out that he was in a coma, and so we told Mike and Tre.
3 ½ months later
Tre's point of view.
When I woke up the next morning, I went to see Billie, still in a coma from the crash. When I got to the hospital room where Billie was, I went and sat beside him and turned on the tv to watch Green Day. Then I heard a kind of a whimper coming from the bed, Billie had woken up! I then ran down to our room to tell Mike, who then ran down to see Billie. I went to see Alvin, the base commander, and had told him of Billie waking up. Soon we were all by Billie talking to him, then I told him how long it had been, and he got a strange look on his face and said "Wow, really that long?" oh yeah, I said to him.
3 days later
Billie's point of view.
I was a few days till I could walk, but as soon as I could, I ran to see Mike and Tre. I finally found them in the hanger that had a new plane in it, one I had never seen before. So I asked Tre who's plane it was, and he told me "She's yours Billie."
