"What An Asshole You Are Billie"-sequal to "you may not see me but im always with you Adrienne", chapter 10
*Out of Adrienne's P.O.V*
"Oh Adie! Please let me talk to you. I am so sorry. I didn't mean to. I still love you. Can I see you? I've broken up with Paris as I have realised what an asshole I've been" he blurts out.
"Look, Billie I'm not saying I forgive you but I'm giving you a chance. I'm giving you a chance to explain your self because it think you deserve that" Adrienne replies. Billie gives a small gasp at the other end.
"Really? Oh Adie, I've missed you so much, can I come round in about 15 minutes?" He asks.
"Yes, see you then" Adie answers.
"Love you!" Billie says. Adrienne doesn't reply but hangs up the phone.
She walks into the lounge and suddenly realises how nervous she feels. She's going to see her husband again. But will she be able to forgive him? And what is she going to do about Tre?
There's a sudden knock at the door and Adrienne gets up to answer it.
Billie stands there, his jet black hair blowing in the wind, breezing in front of his emerald eyes. He's smiling.
"Hey" Adrienne says softly, opening the door for him to come in. Billie walks in and takes off his shoes.
"Wow, I've missed this place so much. Glad to be home" He says, slumping down on the leather couch.
"Billie just tell me how we have ended up like this" Adrienne says sternly, sitting next to him.
"I'm sorry" he squeaks, closing his eyes.
"I'll start from the beginning... "
*Flash back to about 3 months ago. Local bar, 9:00pm*
*Billie's P.O.V*
I down the last of my beer and slam the glass down on the bar, squinting at the strength of the alcohol.
"What's your problem?" somebody suddenly asks. I turn around to see a blonde girl wearing a denim skirt and a top with 'that's hot' written in glittery letters.
"People butting into my business" I say gruffly.
"Well are you going to tell me or not because you've been downing beer for the past hour" she says hopefully.
"Nope" I say simply.
"My name's Paris" she says randomly. I look at her properly. Well if Adrienne had fun with her boss then I can have a little fun. Yeah, fuck all.
"I'm Billie Joe" I say, holding out a hand. She happily shakes my hand, giving me a smile.
"Well whatever you're problem is I hope you can sort it" Paris says to me.
"Thanks, so kind" I compliment.
"Oh, I'm more than kind" she says, cocking up and eyebrow.
"Like what?" I play back.
"You'll have to find out for yourself" she whispers.
Our eyes linger with each other for a moment too long. "Well I'm going to go" Paris suddenly pipes up.
"Let me take you home" I offer. She stares at me as if I've just picked my nose.
"What?"
"I wouldn't let you take me home. You're dunk and I wouldn't trust you" she says.
"I could walk you" I suggest again.
"I have a car parked out the back" she replies.
"Dang it"
"Look, how about I take you home instead?" she offers.
"Ok" I say shrugging. She grabs her purse and I pay the barman the money for her drink and we walk out to her car.
She puts the key in the lock and turns it. This is when I decide to seize the moment.
I put my hands on her waist and spin her round, planting a kiss on her lips.
"Wow, fast mover?" she asks when I break away.
"Yeah, sorry about that" I say sheepishly.
"It's ok" she says pecking me on the cheek.
The first kiss.
*End of flashback*
*Adrienne's P.O.V*
"You've been seeing her for 3 months?" I screech in horror.
"I'm so sorry" He pleads, placing a hand over mine. I snatch it away.
"Please Adie-Adrienne" he tries again.
"How do I know you're not still seeing her?" I ask him.
"I promise you I'm not. Please give me another chance to prove myself. I will never hurt you again" he says, looking me in the eye. I have to bite my lip to stop myself from hugging onto him so tightly.
"Billie I still don't understand. I wasn't even cheating on you with my boss" I say changing the subject.
"I realised that about a week after I met Paris" he says.
"So why didn't you break it off with her. I mean that was the reason you had resorted to her"
"I just couldn't. I really wanted to, I felt so disgusted with myself but she kept pulling me back in every time I tried to tear myself away" he admits.
"You have never had enough will power"
"I know. Please Adrienne. Another chance?"
