THE TEARS THAT FALL FROM HER HAZEL EYES - the besties, the bitch and the exchange students, chapter 1
Jade's PoV
It was 7:30 am when I awoke to my alarm blaring oh great another year at broken hill high, another year of no girls football team and another year of Kellie Lewis and her groupies. I hope I can cope I thought to my self as I got up out of bed and walked over to my mirror. Ok I think I'm going to do my streaks pink this morning I thought as I picked up my dye and began to apply it to my hair.
After I showered and got dressed I walked downstairs to the kitchen to see my older brothers Sebastian, Brad and Jarred
"Morning Guys" I said as I took my seat and poured some cereal into a bowl.
"Morning" both Brad and Jarred mumbled
"Morning Jadels" said Sebastian as he hugged me "ready for your first day as a senior?"
"Not really" I replied as I stuffed a spoonful of cocoa pops into my mouth.
"Oh Sarah and Ashleigh called they said that they would meet you out the front of the school at quarter to nine" he explained
"Oh ok cool oh crap look at the time its 8:30 I better go love you Bastian" I replied
"Love you too Jadels" he replied "see you this arvo"
"Ok bye" I yelled and ran out the door.
"Hey guys" I yelled as I approached a group of three girls in the front of our school.
"Hey" said Sarah who was tall with burgundy hair and bluish- green eyes as she hugged me.
"Hey JB" said Libby. Libby was a bit shorter than Sarah but had blonde hair and blue eyes.
And finally the third girl spoke "hey girl how are you?" she asked her name was Ashleigh she was a bit taller than Libby with brown shoulder length hair and brown eyes.
"So where are Dean and Joel?" I asked my friends.
"They're in the hall for the assembly" Ash explained
"That we are late for!" screamed Libby
"Ok let's go" said Sarah and we walked to the hall.
As we entered the hall we spotted four seats in the front row but sitting behind them was Kellie Lewis and her so called "friends". We were told by one of the teachers to hurry up and take a seat so we reluctantly sat in the four seats in the front row. (By the way Kellie is a total bitch she has heaps of money and is a total teeny, she was always a bitch to Jade, Libby, Sarah and Ash and they knew this year was no different)
"Good morning everyone" our principal Mr Montgomery said into the microphone. "And welcome back to what I hope will be a good year"
Everyone in the hall sat in silence as Mr Montgomery spoke.
"This year we have a few announcements to make" he continued "first of all after much consideration we have decided that there will be an all girls football and basketball team"
"Yes!" I said to Sarah and she replied with a smile.
"And secondly I am pleased to announce that we have three new exchange students from Berkley California"
Everyone started whispering at this moment and sitting up to see what the exchange students looked like.
"Please make welcome Billie Joe Armstrong, Michael Prichard and Frank Wright."
Everyone started cheering and carrying on like loonies at this point
"Ooh he's so hot!" I said to Sarah
"Who?" she asked
"The one with the blue hair I think they said his name was Billie Joe" I replied
"Freaks" I heard Kellie say and I just ignored her.
All of a sudden I felt some of my hair being ripped out I kept trying to ignore it but it would stop I knew what it was it was Kellie pulling my hair. Then I finally snapped.
BACKSTAGE WITH BILLIE JOE TRE AND MIKE
"Hey check that girl out" Billie said to the guys "she's sexy"
"Which one?" Mike asked
"The one in the front row with the pink streaks" he said meaning Jade
"Yeah she's nice" Tre replied all of a sudden they were called onto stage
"Billie Joe Armstrong, Michael Prichard and Frank Wright."
"Argh! I told him to call me Tre" Tre whined to Mike
"Take seat boys" the principal said to them and they say down and all of a sudden...
JADE'S PoV
"Fuck off would you!" I yelled at Kellie after she pulled my hair again.
"Miss Baker stand up now!" the principal yelled at me" do you have something to say to the new students?"
Jade stood there and felt like saying no and sitting down but she wasn't going to let her get away with it that easy.
"Yes sir I do" I said and Ash looked at me horror struck
"Jade don't" she whispered
"Go on Miss Baker we are all waiting for you" the principal said
"Hey guys" I began "you seem like nice enough people so I'm going to warn you now... See these girls they are total fucking losers who have no life and think they are better than everyone else so please we don't need anymore of these people in the world or at this school so don't hang out with them"
Everyone started cheering and clapping as jade went to sit down.
"Get Out now! Miss baker" Mr Montgomery yelled
As I went to leave the hall I heard Kellie call me a Freak with no parents and she said that the world would be happier if I wasn't there and I just lost it I ran over to her and punched her fair in the nose it took three teachers to hold me off her and they dragged me to the office while everyone was cheering me on.
BILLIE, TRE and MIKE'S PoV
"Holy shit was that cool or what?" Tre asked them as they left the hall
"Yeah that was pretty cool!" Mike said laughing
"Best welcome ever" Billie said "so where do we go?"
"Um the principals office" said Mike and they reached the office and knocked on the door.
JADE'S PoV
"Ok miss Baker I have just spoken to your Brother Sebastian and due to the unfortunate events over the summer I have agreed not to suspend you"
I sighed in relief
"But you will be on Detention for three weeks and you will not be able to attend any excursions for a month agreed?"
"Agreed" I replied
Just then there was a knock on the door.
"Oh good I have someone for you too meet since you were so stubborn on not letting these guys hang around Miss Lewis you will now be taking her place and showing the guys around" he said as Billie Joe, Tre and Mike walked in " it shouldn't be too much trouble you are all in the same class. And he showed them all out
Jades PoV
"Ok so I guess I should introduce my self I'm Jade Baker but you can call me JB or Jade" I said to them as we left the office
"Hey I'm Billie Joe but you can call me BJ for short" said Billie as I shook his hand
"I'm Mike" Mike said and I also shook his hand
"And I'm Tre Cool beautiful" Tre said as he kissed my cheek
"Nice to meet you Tre" I said as I giggled
"So Mike what do we have first?" I asked him
"Um English room 2-01 Mrs Tarbox" he said defiantly
"Oh great!" I said sarcastically
"Ok what's wrong with her?" Billie asked me
"She doesn't really like me" I explained
"Why?" Tre asked
"Because I always write songs instead of my work" I explained
"You write?" Billie asked interested
"Yeah a little why?" I wondered aloud
"Cause Billie writes too" said Mike
"Really?" I asked
"Yeah, it's no biggie" Billie said
"Ok so here we are room 2-01" I said as we entered the room
"Hello you must be the new students ok you can sit in those three chairs next to Dean and Joel" Mrs Tarbox said and pointed to a Short Dark haired kind of muscular brown eyed boy (Dean) and a taller more muscular Boy with ratty Blonde hair and Green eyes (Joel) and Billie, Tre and Mike took their seats.
"And you Miss Baker there next to Talon" she finished. Talon was one of the school Football players and had a bit of a crush on Jade all because she loved Football and played it really well he was tall Dark and handsome to narrow it down.
BILLIE'S PoV
"Hey I'm Billie" I said as I shook Dean and Joel's hand
"Dean" dean said simply
"Joel" Joel said simply as well Tre and Mike introduced themselves and we started copying down notes from the board.
"So what do you know about Jade Baker?" I asked Dean and Joel
"Everything there is to know we have been best friends for years" Joel said
"Why? Are you interested?" Dean asked simply
"Maybe" I said "Is she available or is she with that dude" (meaning Talon)
"There is no possible way that she is with Talon she hates him but he has a major thing for her" Joel said laughing
"Really?" asked Mike
"Yeah over the summer he kept following us to the footy oval and kept watching her play it was kinda weird" Joel replied
"Man if he keeps stalking her I am seriously going to smack him down" Dean said angrily
"Take a chill pill man!" Tre said joining in the conversation.
Just then the bell rang and everyone started heading out of the class room for the next lesson
"So Mr Cool" Jade said cheekily "what now?"
"Music with Mr Lee room 3-04" Tre replied
"Oh cool I have Mr Lee again this rocks" Jade replied "he's really good and knows how to inspire me"
"Oh cool so you play?" Mike asked
"What?" she replied confused
"Do you play an instrument?" he laughed
"Oh! Yeah I play lead guitar what about you?" she replied
"Bass Guitar" Mike replied
"Drums" Tre yelled
"I play Lead guitar too" said Billie
"Look what we have here" said Mr Lee as he approached us "if it isn't my favorite lead guitarist JB"
"Hey Mr Lee" she said and hi fived him "how was your summer"
"It was good how bout you have you mastered that Good Charlotte song yet" he asked her
"Yeah almost just a few more days and ill have it" she replied
"Ok cool can't wait to hear it" Mr Lee said and noticed us standing there "so your Billie, Mike and Tre"
"Yeah that's us" I replied and shook his hand
"How did you know to call me Tre?" Tre asked confused but impressed
"I spoke to your teacher in the states" Mr Lee explained "And I hope you are all as good as he let on"
"We will try not to disappoint you" Mike said
We all took our seats and started the lesson Mr Lee told us that we could do anything that was music related there were a few people playing the keyboards and guitars other people were singing I looked next to me to see what Jade was doing she was listening to her ipod and writing I was also writing a song. Then she looked at me her big Green eyes staring into mine I just melted inside
"What?" she asked simply
"Um nothing" I said and continued to write and I saw Jade turn to her friend Ash and smile
Then I felt a tap on my shoulder
JADE'S PoV
Hey Ash is Billie staring at me? I wrote on a piece of paper and passed it to her.
Yeah he is ha-ha he likes you he loves you she wrote back to me
Yeah whatever he doesn't love me but is he staring? I wrote back
Yeah he is staring. Why don't you invite them to lunch? She wrote
Yeah ok
"What?" I asked as I looked into his eyes god they were so beautiful you could get lost in them
"Um nothing" he replied and looked away the next thing I knew I was tapping him on the shoulder
"Hey BJ do you Tre and Mike want to hang out with us at lunch?" I asked him
"Yeah ok" he replied and class ended and we went to lunch
