A Love Broken Apart, chapter 3
It was June 24th and Beth was still hangin' out with Billie, Mike, and Tre. Tre was going to invite some stripers for the party but Billie talked him out of it," Tre you invite stripers to Beth's party and I'll kill you," Billie said," Easy Billie, I won't do it... This time," he said with a perverted smile. Beth wasn't too excited about her birthday. Even though she would be having it with the guys it still wouldn't be the same. She had got used to the crummy birthday parties with her dad even if he did bring a clown to her sweet 16. She smiled at the rememberance of that day. Her dad had been crying and she had tried to cheer him up for an hour and a half. Then she saw Billie and remembered where she was," Hey babe," he said hugging her," You tired?" he asked. Beth nodded," What time is it?" she asked. Billie looked at his watch," 1 a. M." she looked up at him," Will you come to bed with me?" she asked kissing him," Of course," he smiled. Tre walked in," Geez Billie... Do you wanna get laid THAT bad?" Tre asked," Shut up dumbass!" Billie snapped. Beth laughed," Ready Billie?" Beth asked. Billie nodded and they walked up to his room.
Beth's POV
Billie and me walked up the stairs to his room. He opened the door for me and I smiled and walked in. He ran in and jumped on the bed then scooted over and made room for me. He kissed me and said," You excited?" I shrugged," It's just another year," I said to him," I love you," Billie said smiling down at me," I love you too," I said and we made out for like 5 minutes. We stopped as his cellphone rang. He got up and got it," Yeah?" he said. There was a long pause and I wondered who it was," Okay Adrienne. I'll pick them up at 9 a. M. Tomorrow then?" he said," Okay... Bye," and he hung up," What did she say?" I asked," She wants me to take Joey and Jakob for the week," Billie replied. I smiled. I loved it when I saw Billie's kids we were really good buds. He came into bed again and I fell asleep in his arms.
End of Beth's POV
Beth woke up in Billie's arms and snuggled in. Then someone knocked on the door. Billie bursted up in shock," Who's there?" he asked," It's Tre can I come in?" he asked," Erm... Sure," Billie said. Beth frowned, 'Way to go Tre! Ruin my good moments, 'she thought, 'I WILL get him back, 'she said an evil smile sweeping across her face. It quickly went away when Tre entered," Adrienne called, she wants you to pick the boys up," he said. Billie looked at the clock, it was 9:40," Damn it!" Billie yelled. He got his shoes on and shot out the door," Mornin'," Tre said to me," Mornin'," I replied," You get laid last night?" he asked," You pervert!" she yelled," It's just a question!" he laughed. Beth laughed too and said," I'm gonna get in the shower kay," she said," Kay," he replied walking down the stairs. Beth went to his bathroom and got in the shower. She finished quickly and got out. Beth rushed to Billie's room and got her clothes on. She her hair and walked downstairs. Tre was on the couch sucking on a boo. She sat on the couch and started watching TV with him. Soon the door opened and Billie, Joey, and Jakob walked through the door. Beth smiled and they saw her," Hey Beth!" Jakob said," Hey guys," Beth said smiling," Dad told us it's your birthday tomorrow," Jakob said," Yup it is," Beth said," You gonna have a party?" They asked in unison. Beth shrugged," Dunno," Billie sat down next to her," How's your mornin' been?" he asked her. Beth shrugged," Okay... Until Tre interrupted it," she said glancing at him. Joey and Jakob went to the basement to play video games," You have video games here Tre?" I asked," Yeah..." he shot up," Wait! I forgot to put away some of those games! Joey Jakob! Don't touch the games that have sticky notes on 'em that say, 'I'm feelin' Horny, '"Tre rushed down the stairs to put the games away. Billie and Beth laughed.
Billie's POV
"I'm gonna do some song practice," I said to Beth kissing her forehead," Okay," she shrugged and kissed me back. I went to the phone and called Mike," Yo," he said," Hey Mike it's Billie, can you come over for some practice?" I asked," Sure... What for?" he asked," I can't tell you now because Beth might here, just come over here with your bass please," I said," Okie see you soon, bye," I hung up and grabbed Tre from off the couch," Hey I was watching South Park!" he said pouting," Tre we need to practice," I told him," Practice what?" he asked. I whispered in his ear," For Beth's birthday," Tre nodded and went downstairs. Jakob and Joey were playing San Andreas and Tre told them," Hey guys South Park is on," they turned it off and ran upstairs and watched the show with Beth. Mike rang the doorbell and Beth had answered it. He came down the stairs and said," Okay so what are we practicing for?" I looked at him," For Beth's b-day," I replied," Oooooh," he said," What songs are we gonna play for her?" Mike asked," She's a Rebel, Wake Me Up When September Ends, Homecoming, and Extraordinary Girl," he said. After practicing for an hour Mike had to leave and Tre wanted to rot his brain in front of the TV. I walked back upstairs andsat next to Beth, Tre was sitting in front of the TV," How was practice?" Beth asked me," Good I replied. We watched TV for an hour and then I went on the computer and checked my mail. I turned the computer off and looked at the time," 8:30"I said aloud, Tre was on the ground," What happened?" I asked. Beth looked up at me," He passed out, he snuck to many booze," Beth said quietly. I picked him up and put laid him in his bed. Then came back downstairs.
End of Billie's POV
Beth saw Billie coming down and frowned," Billie..." she said," Yes?" he said walking over to her," You don't have to throw me a party. That'why I didn't tell you guys. I didn't want you to go through all the trouble," she said looking down," Beth... I love you," he said sitting next to her. Putting his arm around her," I love you too Billie," she said kissing him. Beth looked at the clock, '8:59, 'it said," You want anything to drink?" Beth asked," How about some coffee," Billie said. Beth smiled and got up. She made the coffee and poured a cup for Billie. She brought it out for Billie and handed it to him," I'm gonna go out for a walk," She said putting on a pair of chucks and grabbing her skateboard," Kay," he said and took a sip of coffee. She opened the door and blew him a kiss," Be back later," she said. Billie returned the kiss," Okay," and Beth walked out the door.
