The Girl They All Want, chapter 12
"Adrienne." Billie said flatly.
"Oh Billie." She cried and flung herself at him.
The guard looked uncomfortable and quietly excused himself.
"What the fuck are you doing here?" Billie demanded.
She looked at him. "Don't you ever check your E-mail?"
"Uhhh..." he responded.
"Whatever." she snapped.
"What is this about?" Billie asked, running his fingers through his hair.
"Billie we are so screwed." She started, with a worried look.
He gave her a questioning look.
"I'm pregnant." she whispered.
He stared at her in shock. "Are- are you sure?" he asked.
"Positive." she replied.
"What the fuck am I gonna do?" Billie asked, mostly to himself.
"Well I have an idea..." Adrienne said in a flirty voice.
Billie sighed. She walked over towards him and began kissing his neck, working her way towards his mouth. Billie wanted to push her away, to tell her to get the fuck away from him, but he just couldn't do it. He let her pull his pants down and even helped her take her skirt off.
They began to make out furiously and once again Billie found himself having sex with Adrienne Nessar.
"I have to go." He said impatiently.
"Fine." Adrienne pouted.
He left the room, wanting to leave before he said anything that he might regret.
Billie hurried back to everyone else.
"Just in time." Mike greeted him.
They boarded the plane and settled into their seats.
"I'm tired." Billie lied to Serena.
He rested his head by the window, pretending to sleep.
Billie turned away from Serena, who was chatting with Mike across the aisle and stared out the tiny window. Suddenly it dawned on him. 'I'm gonna be a daddy.' he thought unhappily. He knew he should tell Serena but he just couldn't do it.
Soon after what seemed like forever to Billie, the plane touched down.
At The Hotel....
Billie felt dirty and very guilty so as soon as they checked into their rooms, he took a nice long shower. He felt as though he needed to scrub away any trace of Adrienne. Once he saw Serena, Adrienne disappeared from his mind and was filled with nothing but thoughts of Serena.
She made him wonder why he had even done that to her. Well at least Adrienne wasn't here and as soon as they got back he would set things straight with her.
Serena sat by him on the bed once he was finished with his shower. Seeing her gaze lovingly at him, made him feel terrible.
Just then Mike and Tre meandered into the room (they had joined rooms) and Mike's cell phone went off.
"Hello?"
"Uh huh."
"Oh really."
"Of course I'll tell them immediately."
"Bye."
Mike turned to Tre and Billie and frowned.
"Well....?" Billie prodded.
"What the fuck is wrong!" Tre said impatiently.
"There is no tour, a newbie at Reprise Records got us mixed up with some other band, but we do have a show here." Mike explained
Tre stared blankly at Mike, who gave Billie an exasperated look.
Serena giggled and rolled her eyes at Tre.
"Well I'm glad." Billie said, "I'm not really up to a tour."
"Me too." Mike agreed.
Tre shook his head as if he didn't understand and left the room.
Billie frowned at him, "What's up with him?"
Mike shrugged. "No clue." He left the room without another word.
He turned to Serena, who had her eyebrows raised.
"Grumpy much?" She called after Mike. Billie smiled but his heart felt pained.
He wished he had never met Adrienne; she made his life so fucking complicated.
Tre raced back into the room and shouted "Let's go somewhere!"
"Uhh I *fake Cough* don't feel good." Billie replied in a fake sick voice.
Serena looked concerned, "Are you okay? You haven't been the same since that Security guy spoke to you at the airport."
"Oh ya, what was that about anyway?" Tre asked curiously.
Mike appeared once again, saving Billie from answering.
"Mikey!" Tre said happily, forgetting about Billie. For once, Billie was glad Tre had the attention span of a puppy.
"I agree with Tre." Mike said.
Billie saw how much Serena wanted to go. "Go ahead." he whispered, "I'll be fine."
"Are you sure?" she asked.
He nodded and with that they left.
His phone beep and he scrambled to grab it. He stared at the tiny screen and saw he had a text message from Adrienne. It went like this:
Hey sexy, whatcha doing? I'm Seattle visiting my sister, what about you?
Billie felt his heart drop and momentarily wondered if he should tell her where he was at. How could she have known? He hadn't told her where they were going. Drawing in a shaky breath he replied:
I'm in Seattle too
Seconds later his phone rang.
"I'm staying at the Belleview Hotel." a soft voice whispered.
That was all the encouragement Billie needed, he grabbed his coat and left the hotel.
An hour later....
Billie had asked the manager where Adrienne Nessar was saying, and was already at her door. He pushed the door open and saw her watching TV.
He felt his insides tingle at the sight of her. She got up and went over too him. "I missed you." she said sexily.
Billie smiled and began kissing her. They moved over to her bed and sat down, drinking in each others presence. Billie laid down with his head in her lap and she immediately began stroking his hair.
"What's wrong?" she asked.
"I feel so damn guilty." Billie answered.
"Aww don't worry babe, she has Tre." Adrienne replied in a haughty voice
That pissed Billie off. "I don't even know what i'm doing here." he said angrily, and left the Hotel.
A Few Hours Later......
Billie stumbled back into his (and Serena's) Hotel room. Thankfully they were still out, he didn't know what he would have told them, after saying he was sick then going out. He stared at himself in the bathroom mirror and an innocent looking guy with messy jet black hair and bright green eyes covered with eyeliner, stared back. Only Billie knew he wasn't so innocent. For some reason Adie brought out the worst in him. Whenever he was around her, it was like he was a different Billie and he hated him (technically it was himself but whatever). He reminded himself of that Three Days Grace song, "Animal I Have Become". Although he knew the lyrics were meant as a different message, Billie felt the lyrics suited him right now.
He sighed and turned the TV on and as if by Magic, "Animal I Have Become" came on! Things were getting a little freaky for him, usually when he felt like this, he talked to Serena but she wasn't here and Billie wasn't sure what to do. Billie began to pace and fell deep into thought.....
At The Bar...
Tre, Serena, and Mike had wandered into a musician's bar and were having an okay time. Tre and Serena were sitting at the bar while Mike was chatting with the bass player and drummer from AFI.
Tre turned towards Serena.
"You want another drink?" he asked with raised eyebrows.
"Why not? Serena relented.
"This sucks ass!" Tre said boredly after retrieving their drinks.
Serena smiled, silently agreeing. She wished Billie was there.
"I'm Bored!" Tre whined.
"Me too!" Serena replied in the exact same whiny voice.
Tre stuck his tongue out at her and she replied with a smirk.
Mike appeared "Is this awesome or what?" he asked happily.
"No this fucking sucks!" Tre replied.
"Go back to the hotel then." Mike said simply "you don't have to be rocket scientist to figure that out!"
Tre slapped his head "C'mon let's go!" then grabbing her hand, they darted out of the bar.
At The Hotel....
Billie finally figured out what he needed to do and when his phone beeped, he got his chance.
I Miss U
Billie scoffed and sent a reply.
Leave Me The Fuck ALONE! I love Serena not you so just Fuck Off and Die! I don't know why I did that to her but I assure you, it won't happen again!
Satisfied, Billie turned his phone off and took a shower.
He changed into some boxers and a black t-shirt that said Punk but didn't reapply any eyeliner. A few minutes later he heard voices and Tre and Serena appeared.
"Billie! You're feeling better!" Serena said happily and gave him a peck on the cheek.
"Yup, where's Mike?" He asked.
"Oh he wanted to stay and chat with someone from AFI." Tre explained.
"Who? Jade? Davey?" Billie asked curiously.
"Nah, Hunter and I think Adam." Tre replied.
"Oh, he must be missing Brittany." Billie said with a smile.
"Why?" Serena asked.
"Mike hardly ever stays out later then Tre." Billie said with a teasing grin.
"Well I better go to bed before Daddy Dearest a.k.a. Mike comes back and berates me about getting eyeliner all over the pillow or staying up too later or fucking with his stuff. All of which I am responsible for." Tre gave them a smirk before disappearing inside him and Mike's room.
"That reminds me, why aren't you wearing eyeliner?" Serena asked.
"I took a shower but then I didn't put it back on." He explained
"And why not?"
"Because it gets all over the damn pillow and is a mofo to clean."
"Like you ever had to clean it." She teased.
"True." Billie laughed.
Serena changed into her pajamas and got into bed. Billie climbed in after her, snuggling close to her and wrapping his arms around her. She sighed in contentment. Just as they were starting to drift off into sleep, Tre ran through their room, naked.
"Don't mind me!" Tre said gleefully before darting back into his room.
Serena heard a door open.
"Hey gu- What the Fuck?!? TRE!" Mike yelled.
Serena heard a maniac laugh before everything going quiet.
"Jackass." Billie whispered and gave a small laugh.
Serena smiled and snuggled closer to Billie before drifting off into sleep.
