The Girl They All Want, chapter 2
....Serena remembered kissing someone at the end of the dream but it wasn't Billie, it was... Tre! Very Disturbing. "I must have just been thinking about him or something", she thought. They had been friends for so long she couldn't even remember when they had first met. But it had only been a dream so she got out of bed and went to find Billie. She found a note on the table it said:

Had to go to Mike's to help him with a new song,

Serena pouted. She hated to be alone but then brightened when she thought of inviting Tre over. She called him and he agreed to come over. Serena quickly got dressed and eagerly awaited his arrival. When Tre arrived, Serena gave him a quick peck on the cheek. She didn't notice that he was turning red. Serena turned and went onto the living room to watch TV on Billie's huge plasma screen TV. Having your boyfriend a musician had its perks. Tre followed and sat beside her. Something was wrong 'cause Tre wasn't being his usual playful, horny self. Serena turned to face him to ask what was wrong but all she saw was his dreamy blue eyes and for a second she felt like she wanted to kiss him. Tre worked up his courage, bent his head, and kissed her. She was surprised but nothing about Tre should have surprised her. She gave into her instincts and let herself be kissed.
Suddenly she pushed him away and said, "I can't do this Tre, it wouldn't be fair to Billie."
"Sorry" he mumbled.
He looked so sad, it made Serena feel bad.
'Fuck it' she thought and jumped on him and began to make out furiously with him. Her eyes popped open 'what am I doing', she thought and got off of Tre and ran outside.
Tre's P.O.V
'What the hell just happened?', He thought. One minute him and his dream girl were making out, his second wildest dream (his first wildest dream, in true Tre fashion, was to have sex with her), and then all of a sudden she ran away. Okay he knew what he had done was wrong but he couldn't help himself, he was Tre, and that was what he was like. He walked out to the patio where Serena was sitting with her feet in the pool and sat beside her.
"I'd better go", he said.
"Later"
Serena watched him go then went in to her and Billie room to listen to "Jesus of Suburbia". It always made her feel better even though her friends thought it was depressing. She wondered how she would face Tre now that she had...
She shuddered, not wanting to think about it, yet wondering why she had done that. "I'm the son of rage and love".......

Mike's House....
Meanwhile Billie and Mike were having a jam session, trying to figure out where to put a guitar solo in. Finally after deciding just to put in a drum solo, they decide to call it quits for the day.
"Wanna go someplace?" asked Mike.
"Alright.", said Billie.
They hopped in Mike's car and drove to the mall. Mike and Billie didn't go to the mall to shop, they went to stand outside, look cool, and see how many girls asked them for their numbers. The thing with Mike was that he had the attention span of a puppy so he had already forgotten Serena... Or so he thought.....
Billie stood there, looking extremely bored while girls flocked around them. Billie wished Mike's little ego boost game would end so he could see the only girl he had eyes for, Serena. Finally, after getting a few phone numbers, Mike was ready to go. They decide to go to Billie's place. When they had arrived, much to their surprise, they saw Tre with a tearstained face.
"What are you doing here?" asked Billie. Tre muttered something incomprehensible. "WHAT?"
"Nothin'"
"Oh"
"Well stick around for awhile", Mike suggested, trying to break the tension.
Tre's eyes grew wide. Billie gave him a suspicious look before disappearing inside. Mike looked concerned," What's wrong, buddy? You haven't been yourself since..... Since Bill got with Serena!!!"
Tre's eyes grew as big as plates. "Please don't say anything", he pleaded. "Or I will be forced to rape and kill you", he added playfully with a grin.
They both busted into fits of hysteria. "C'mon we better go inside before Billie gets worried".
Tre took a step forward but before he could do anything, Mike slapped his ass and ran inside. 'Fag', he thought before chasing after Mike.
Billie's P.O.V.
Billie found Tre's behavior slightly disturbing but all his thoughts of suspicion were washed away when he saw Serena, listening to her iPod on their bed. She didn't notice him (her eyes were closed) so he decided to play a little joke on her. Billie snuck towards her and kissed her lips with the softest kiss ever. Serena's eyes snapped open and she screamed as she toppled off the bed. When she realized who it was, she broke into a fit of giggles.
"Billie! You scared me!"
"Sorry babe but I just couldn't resist"
She smiled and raised her chin so he could kiss her when Tre walked in. Tre winced; the last thing he wanted to see was BJ and Serena sucking face, especially when he was no where near close to being over her.
