The Girl They All Want, chapter 6
The Next Day......
Billie woke to find Serena snuggled in his arms. Yesterday seemed like an eternity ago. He rubbed his eyes, wondering if it had really happened at all. Billie knew Serena would never purposely hurt him and that was why he forgave her. He knew Tre had a big part in it but for some reason he didn't feel angry anymore, he just wanted to forget everything.
Tre's house.....
Once again Tre was pacing as he worried about what Billie would say. He wondered if BJ would be really angry or if Mike would be right about Billie forgiving him because Billie couldn't stay mad long.
Serena woke up in Billie's arms.
"Hey.", she whispered.
Billie smiled and kissed the top of her head, reminding her of the night in the rain, making her shiver.
"What's wrong?" Billie asked concerned.
"Nothing I'm just cold." Serena lied.
Tre had asked Mike to come with him to Billie's that way he would have at least one person on his side.
When they arrived, Mike walked right in but Tre took his time before nervously stepping inside. He immediately looked around the room, making sure Billie wasn't there before finally relaxing a little.
Billie heard the door open but decided not to rush as he got dressed. Serena however walked into the living room to greet the guests.
"Hey Mikey, TreTre. She greeted them, smiling.
"Hey, Serena." Mike replied.
Tre only nodded in her direction.
Serena gave him a mock frown. "C'mon TreTre lighten up." she urged.
Serena sat by Mike on the couch and turned the TV to Fuse. AFI's video for Miss Murder was playing. "Hey Miss Murder can I..."
Billie calmly walked into the room and sat by Mike and Serena.
Suddenly he turned around to face Tre.
"You fucker why did you do that to me?!?!" Billie said coldly.
"C'mon Billie you know Tre, he can't help himself." Mike tried to reason.
Billie glared at Tre.
"I'm really sorry BJ but I couldn't help it. Just don't blame Serena, it wasn't her fault." Tre begged.
Billie felt his face soften when Tre mentioned Serena.
"I dunno..."
Tre gave Billie his big blue puppy dog eyes.
"Fuck I give up I can't stay made at you." Billie laughed.
Tre sighed in relief, Mike had been right.
"Can I ask why though?" Billie asked.
"Because Serena is the fucking hottest girl alive." Tre stated simply.
"True." Billie relented.
Serena felt herself blush.
"Well now that's cleared up can we please do something fun?" Mike asked.
"Sure!" Serena replied.
"Aww I wish we could but we gotta rehearse for the tour." Billie pointed out.
"Damn." Tre pouted.
After the guys had left, Serena decided to listen to some music on her iPod.
She listened to Miss Murder numerous times (she loved that song), while lying on the swing outside, looking up at the sky and thinking about Billie.
Serena had no clue why he chose to forgive and forget her and Tre so fast. Maybe he knew that she would never purposely hurt him and she had fallen under Tre's spell. Whatever the reason she was glad he had forgiven her so easily.
Serena smiled at the memory of the night in the rain; it was such an intimate and romantic evening.
She yawned maybe she would take a quick nap......
Serena awoke several hours later, hearing the voices of Green Day.
"Hey Sleeping Beauty." Mike joked.
Serena blinked her blue eyes several times before finally feeling somewhat awake. 'So much for a quick nap.' she thought, smiling up at everyone. Serena pulled her iPod ear buds out of her ears and turned her iPod off.
"Hey." she said before noticing Adrienne.
"Adie what are you doing here? I thought you had work?" Serena asked incredulously.
"I did but my boss gave me the day off and since you guys are going on tour soon, I thought I'd come visit you." Adrienne explained.
"Wow your house is amazing!" Adie added.
Would you like a tour? I'm sure Billie would be happy to give you one." Serena asked.
"Yes I would like that very much." Adrienne replied with an evil smile.....
