Maria, chapter 1
"Maria get up!" my dad yelled up at me.
Hold on! Wait one minuet! I have to explain a few things before we start the story. Okay, first my name is Maria Knight yeah I know weird name right? I'm 16 years old, I have a twin brother named Tyler Knight, my nickname is M&M because my name starts with an M and my favorite candy is m&m's. Well my brother and me moved here to Rodeo, California (where our dad lives) from little La Porte City, Iowa and I would rather not say why, and that's about it.
The story starts here!
"Maria get up! You don't want to be late your first day at a new school, do you?" I heard my dad yell at me from down stairs.
"I'm up!" I yelled, then he started yelling at Tyler to get up.
I got up went over to my closet (which is HUGE! ) and pulled out a pair of black jeans, a studded belt, and my favorite Guns 'n Roses shirt and put them on. Then I went into my own personal bathroom and put on my eyeliner and mascara (which is the only make-up that I wear) and headed out to the hall where I met up with my brother.
"Hey TJ." I said (we call him TJ because his first name is Tyler and his middle name is James).
"Hey M&M." he said as we entered the kitchen.
"Maria eat something." my dad said
"Dad you know that I never eat breakfast." I said
"Fine." he said in defeat.
"You ready to go?" Tyler asked
"Yep, I've just been waiting for you." I said, and we left for our first day at Pinole Valley High School.
On our way there I shoved Tyler for no reason and he fell over.
"God damn it! Maria!" he yelled and I started running like my life depended on it, but three guys stepped in front of Tyler before he could even start chasing me.
"What are you doing?" I asked walking over to them
"Stopping him." the guy with black hair said
"Why he's just Jackass, I mean Tyler, my stupid twin brother." I said
"Oh, sorry." the guy with blonde hair said
"It's okay." I said as they moved out of Tyler's way, who took one look at them and walked away.
"Hey where are you going TJ?!?!" I yelled after him
"I'm going to school M&M." Tyler yelled back
"Okay." I said
"Wait did he just called you M&M?" the guy with green hair asked
"Yeah it's my nickname." I said
"Oh." he said
"By the way I'm Billie Joe Armstrong," guy with black hair said "And this is Mike Dirnt (he pointed to the guy with blonde hair) and this is Tre' Cool (he pointed to the guy with green hair)."
"Cool," I said "I'm Maria Knight but like you heard my nickname is M&M so I guess you guys can call me that."
"Maria Knight? Your name is Maria Knight?" Tre' asked
"Yeah, why?" I asked
"That's a weird name." he said
"Yeah I know but, it isn't as weird as you name and your hair." I said, and Billie and Mike started laughing.
"We better get going." I said "My dad will kill me if I'm late for my first day."
So we headed to Pinole and while we were walking I found out that I had a lot in common with them. Finally we reached the school and Mike and Tre' headed to their lockers but Billie stayed with me.
'Man Billie is hot! ' I thought to myself.
"I'll wait out here for you." Billie said as I went into the office
"Okay." I said

"Hi I'm Maria Knight, I'm new here." I said
"Ah, yes," the lady behind the desk said "Your brother just left."
"Yeah I saw him." I said
"Okay here is your schedule, a map of the school, and this has your locker number on it and your locker combination." she said
"Thank you." I said before leaving
"Let me see your schedule." Billie said as soon as walked out of the office
"Here." I said
"All of your classes are with me." he said
"Cool, okay now help my find locker 38." I said
"That's easy," he said "It's right next to mine." So we went to our lockers and got our stuff.
"First to Biology." Billie said
"I hate biology." I sighed
"Don't we all." Billie said, and I laughed a little.

In class we saw an empty desk behind the one that Mike and Tre' were sitting at.
"C'mon." Billie said and I fallowed him. We all started talking about random things like music, their band called Sweet Children, and the band that I was in called The Common.
"Okay everybody sit down and be quite." the teacher said as he walked into the room "Now I understand that we have two new students today and I've been told that they are twins, Maria and Tyler Knight will you please raise your hands." Tyler and me raised our hands.
"Okay I see that you have already found where you fit in." he said "And now we need to start class."
During class I felt Billie's hand on my leg but he pulled it away right away and I felt my leg where he had touched it ad I felt a note on my leg.
