There He Goes..., chapter 4
A few years have gone by and Billie and Autumn are now 10. Today wasn't a good day. Billie hadn't been in school and for the past few years Billie andAutumn would know what was up with eachother. But she hadn't heard from him in a few days and was getting worried.
After school she decided to stop by his house to see where he was.
She knocked on the doorand Ollie opened the door like usual. But she looked diffrerent. Her happy motherly look had disappeared and a depressed look filled her eyes. She had dark bags under her eyes like she hadn't slept in weeks and she had cried for hours.
Autumn's face changed when she saw Billie's mother. It made her sad to see such a nice woman so upset.
"What's wrong Ollie?" autumn asked looking up at her. Ollie pulled her into a hug and sat her down in the livingroom.
"I'll go get Billie hun, thats what you're here for right?" she asked trying to not cry.
"Umm, yes but I'm not sure u seem so okay" Autumn said looking concerned.
"Billie will tell you hun. I'm not sure you want to hear rom me" Ollie answered walking up the stairs to Billie's room.
This was getting confusing. What was wrong with Ollie? And where was Andy to comfort her.
suddenly billie came walking down the stairs. He somwhow looked worse than his mom. his hair was a mess. His green eyes were red, puffy, and dark. He didn't seem to want to make eye contact with her either.
"Hey BJ, I figured I'd stop over since you haven't been in school for the past few-"
But she was cut off by billie puilling her into a tighter hug than the one Ollie greeted her with at the door. She felt his body shaking. She hugged him back. Even though she didn't know what was wrong she still felt terribly bad for him.
"BJ, Billie. Come outside with me and then tell me whats wrong" Autumn said to him. He pulled away and looked at her with watery, red eyes. Ollie seemed to be gone so they decided to stay in the livingroom to talk since Billie seemed to be in no shape to even walk outside.
"He died Autumn. He's gone. He didn't even get to finish teaching me guitar" he cried. Autumn went into shock and started crying as hard as he was. Andy was a great guy, but he died.
