Mom, Why Didn't You Tell Me?, chapter 5
We didn't talk the rest of the trip. I guess he was just thinking too hard. As for me I was thinking where he was all my life and wondering why he didn't tell me sooner.
*Flash back*
I can't believe I'm going to meet the man whose lyrics meant so much to me.
I pulled out my backstage pass and showed it to the guard he grunted then let me pass. I just burst out laughing but I found out I wasn't the only one laughing. There in front of me stood Billie Joe Armstrong but instead of me with my mouth open staring at him he did just that to me. It was odd how he looked at me.
"Umm why are you looking at me like that" I asked politer than usual since I liked his music. He pretended like nothing happened.
"Like what, I wasn't looking at you I was looking at... Tre being a dumb ass" He said but I knew he was lying but I just shook it off. But then Tre and Mike came up to us they starred just like Billie did.
"Hey guys " said shaking my hand in their face they looked uneasy.
"You know you look a lot like Billie," He said in awe. I just shrugged.
"So what's your name" Mike said but as if he already new the answer. It was creepy.
"Bailey Jade" I answered and everyone went wide-eyed.
"That's funny Billie-" Tre started but Mike put a hand over his mouth.
Other than that everything else went well they asked me questions like what age I was etc.
*End of flash back*
I tried to not let it bug me.
Finally we pulled up to a huge white house.
"Home sweet home" Billie Joe said. We both got out and went to the door. The first thing I noticed when we went upstairs is the biggest stair case ever, well maybe not but it was huge and I couldn't wait to slid down it.
"I'll show you to your room" Billie Joe said.
Suddenly someone behind us said "Hey BJ" We both turned around.
"Yah" we both said.
I see Billie grin.
